Amazing stay

We had the best time staying at this house for the weekend! It was so clean the beds were so comfortable. The pool was wonderful and the house was stocked with glassware, dishwater, cookware, really everything you would need for a stay! 10 out of 10 review!

We really enjoyed this property

We had a great time at this property! It had everything we needed. We had to unplug the TV to get the internet connected back to it but other than that everything was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is perfect for a large family or for several couples to share. The best feature is that every bathroom has its own bathroom, so no sharing required! The master bedroom on the top floor is spacious and cozy. There is plenty of room for family gathering on the second floor and the pool is a good size and a nice option instead of going to the beach. This property met our family's every need and we will consider renting again in the future.

Beautiful house in Tybee!

Everything concerning the house was just as advertised! It was a great vacation we enjoyed time on the porch every evening playing cards. The only hiccup was with communication during check in, we didnt have our entry code. Communication through text/VRBO app takes time. However when i called the agency directly they were very quick to respond and help us out! Definitely recommend!

Our stay on Tybee

Our first six days were very challenging. When we arrived we couldn’t get into the house, they changed the lock and didn’t tell us. We found that the internet was not working and it took six days to get it working and we needed it for work. The 2nd day we went to the store and came home and they had shut the water off. Took a day to get that straightened out. Then we found another leak and reported it but they never came back to take care of it. We were woken up every morning at 7 am from garbage pickup from gas station across the street. After the first six days and getting everything straightened out the next week was very enjoyable.

The house was big enough for all of us. Great location. Kids enjoyed the pool. Now here’s why I didn’t give it my top ratings. Pool was not clean and heated upon arrival and we paid extra for that. Had to call and get someone out for that. Crying kids first day yay! Then the air wasn’t working. Had to call someone out for that. Also can’t have temp below 70. Fine it’s March but would not stay there in the Georgia summer heat! Also house and back porch wasn’t the cleanest but not the dirtiest I’ve been in so hey you’re at the beach. They did resolve every issue fairly quickly. But if you pay extra you expect it to be ready when you get there. This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem so I will chalk it up to a bad week.
