Guests who wish to have the pool heated beyond this temperature may do so for an additional fee of $25 per degree per day over 75, which will be charged separately after booking.
The nightly rate covers the first 5 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.
A total of 6 cars are allowed with this reservation. The 2-car garage, gravel area left of the driveway, and gravel lot to the right of the white house next door are available for parking. Please DO NOT park on the driveway as this makes it difficult for our neighbor to get their cars in their garage.

5. Cars must be parked in the 2-car garage, on the gravel to the left of the driveway or in the gravel lot to the right of the white house next door. A total of 6 cars are allowed with this reservation. Please DO NOT park on the concrete driveway since that makes it difficult for the neighbor to get their cars in their garage.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13. Please do not flush wipes or feminine products. Doing so can cause serious plumbing issues and will result in a $2,000 fine.
14. Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout.
15. An additional fee of $200 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time).
16. Cancelled reservations will be charged 3% to cover credit card processing fees.
17. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
18. You will be charged an additional $500 for neighbor complaints.
19. You will be charged an additional $500 if security is dispatched to the property.
20. You will be charged an additional $1,000 if the police is called to the property and
you will likely have to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
21. You will be charged a penalty of $500 plus $60/person for everyone on the property
that was not included on your reservation count to be on the property.
22. Guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to check in. Check in instructions will not be sent if the rental agreement is not signed.
