Destin Towers is everything you are looking for in Destin. There are only 3 condos per floor (45 total condos in the complex) in this gated community which creates a less crowded beach experience. This 2BR/2BA condo was recently updated and has everything you need! Located over the pool and hot tub, the complex is loaded with the extras....2 grills for your cookout and a tennis court (bring your own rackets and tennis balls). Destin Towers is right across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park. It's also walking distance to Dunkin Donuts and a Fish Market (grill comes in here).

Absolutely loved our stay here! The unit was very clean and well maintained. View from the balcony was great. Parking was wonderful with a very short walk straight to the condo on the second floor. Very short walk to the beach as well. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Master bathroom and walk in shower was a huge bonus. Will book again in the future and recommend this place for sure!

Son’s Birthday weekend

We stayed here for our son’s birthday weekend. It was my husband, myself, our son and his girlfriend. We had a great time! We were in walking distance to coffee in the mornings, shopping, and places to eat. Best of all we were just steps to the beach and the pool!!! We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Accomadations!

We had a wonderful stay! Unit is remodeled and beautiful. The Lanai’s is right above the pool, one floor and the beach has a path to follow to the water.So convenient!!! The sand is made of something that never burns your feet no matter how hot it gets. Water was warm and a turquoise color. You can actually see the sand below!! Everything was perfect, the view is outstanding, and the decorating in the condo, gorgeous! Going back again in November with my husband!!!

Perfect Condo!! Don’t overlook this one !!

Hands down the best condo ! The Location ,the view ,the cleanliness all simply perfect! It’s the perfect size for 2 couples. The designated parking spot in the second floor leads straight to the condo. No elevator needed. Located close to food and shopping . You are right on the beach! Only a very short walk and your toes are in the sand. The commutation with the property manager was outstanding, from booking to any questions I had. Chris was so quick to respond! Our coffee pot started to leak and Chris replaced it immediately. Checking in and out was such a breeze! 10 out o10 I would recommend this condo!

PERFECT SPOT

Despite the comments in the following paragraph about the beach service, this condo ranks near the top of the condos we've stayed at in Destin. While it's not the largest property we've ever rented, the location is great; it's just the right size for 4 people, and the balcony view cannot be beat. With only 3 units on each floor, the property isn't overly crowded and every room has a Gulf view. The condo is clean and well-decorated, and the kitchen well-stocked. The one drawback is beachside - BE FOREWARNED. The reason the rating received four stars is because of the beach service. (The situation was frustrating enough to give 3 stars, but I felt that was overkill.) The condo property has contracted with a beach chair/umbrella service that sets up in front of the condo daily. If you bring your own chairs & umbrellas, you cannot set them in front of the beach service which means you get a backside view of the people in front of you, and get to peak through the wall of people to the water. Furthermore, do not bother bringing a "shabumi shade" tent because they will make you remove it. The condo properties buffering Destin Towers will not allow you to set up on "their beach" -- in fact, you're not even allowed to walk on it without one of their wrist bands. It's really ridiculous. The beach service runs about 100/day for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella - so they are making a mint.
