✓ Free Parking: You’ll have off-street parking available on the premises to safely park your vehicle. There is enough spots for 1 -2 cars on the parking pad in the front. Please use street parking for any other cars.

OF NOTE: There are 3 steps to get inside, but once inside there are no steps or stairs.
This unit is in a duplex building - NO inside spaces are shared. If you have more than 2 people and would like to book the other unit at the same location - contact me and I'd be happy to accommodate you if it's available.

This is a duplex and this unit is designated by orange painted doors (and a "1" next to the front door).

There are no shared indoor spaces and separate parking for each unit as well.

The backyard and driveway is the only shared space.

Please contact us about your pet requests before bringing your furry friend. We DO allow pets here, but animals are never allowed on furniture or allowed to be left alone without being crated.
