EXCEPTIONAL 170sqm apartment with roof terrace + balcony, cozy living room near Schönbrunn Palace!
The apartment is located at the station "U4 Meidling Hauptstraße" so the city center can be reached in a few minutes
Supermarkets, shopping street, restaurants - everything nearby. There is also a fantastic skyline roof terrace with a 360° view over Vienna's rooftops for a unique experience - especially for larger groups
The Space:
The apartment is located in the attic and is accessible by elevator without steps. You enter directly into the cozy living room, which is connected to the balcony, the fully equipped kitchen and a WC. Further up is the bathroom, which has another WC. On the roof you will find the fantastic 30sqm skyline roof terrace with a 360° view over Vienna's rooftops. It's a great place to end an amazing evening or simply enjoy the sun during the day. Each room is themed differently and therefore offers a completely unique experience!
The apartment is very well equipped: air conditioning, fans, washing machine, kitchen appliances, super-fast Wi-Fi, blinds, ... and the sofa in the living room can be prepared for two people extra. If you need anything, I am at your disposal and can also give you good tips around Vienna. I'm looking forward to host you!
