4. Pet Policy 🐾 Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌ Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Security & Valuables 🔒 Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️ Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!

10. Cleanliness 🧹 Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨 Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.

The property was situated near lots of amenities. Parking, bike rentals and proximity to stores is very good. Management was very responsive to messages. Very clean property. The location was quiet and pleasant. We were overall very satisfied with the property.

Location is good. We were able to walk to the Lachine Canal, Old Montreal, Via train station and Atwater Market. The walks varied from 10 to 25 minutes. We also found a great restaurant, Sauce Buvette, about 10 minutes away on William. Also, a good spot for pizza or drinks on Notre Dame. There is a Metro grocery store nearby, which was convenient. The unit was not exactly like the photos and we didn't have everything we needed, however the hosts were easy to get a hold of and someone dropped off what we needed very quickly. The kitchen was not equipped to our standards, but the owner said they would be making changes to improve that. I believe they are trying hard to improve. The curtains were not adequate for privacy. Outside our unit, there was noise from the neighbours at night. There was also major construction in front of the building which made it a bit difficult to get to. We walked to the Metro to get an Uber as the street was closed. We are four 60 something women, it would have been good to know we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, there is no elevator. We each had our own room with crisp clean sheets and towels, which was lovely and comfortable. We appreciated the response from the owners and they tried there best to improve our stay. Some of the issues were completely out of their control, like the construction and noise.

The property wasn’t clean, it was difficult to find, when notifying the host that I couldn’t get into the location they immediately responded asking which unit and I responded right away and didn’t get a response for an hour from then. There was no power the following day for hours so we had to get ready elsewhere. Parties on the fire escape right outside our rooms that kept us up most of the night. Very disappointed.
