The house was much bigger than I expected and had everything we needed to comfortably host our guests. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The area is a little on the rough side, but we didn’t have any issues and felt safe for a short visit. Overall, a great experience

Plenty of Room

Loved the house. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us. The amount of bathrooms was really nice too.

Great for large group

The place was spacious and clean- great for a large group! Had minor issues with the sink and dishwasher, but maintenance communications were very fast.

Awesome Stay *****

The house perfect it accommodated all 13 guest comfortable stay. The host Paul was very good with returning your emails. The only thing was there was no patio furniture. If you wanted to just sit outside. But the overall experience staying there was awesome. Everyone in my party said they will definitely stay there again.

I will say that communication was quick, for the most part. Also, there was sufficient body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided in the showers. But for a house that is listed as sleeping 26 people, it wasn't sufficiently stocked: a single Keurig-type coffee pot--one cup at a time!, no mixing bowls, no cookie sheets, not enough silverware for 26, only 2 potholders, no dishrags or kitchen towels, no large pots for cooking (only a huge kettle for canning, it appeared). We were told several times that the kitchen was "fully stocked with essential cooking basics and a variety of standard appliances to make meal preparation as convenient as possible." We found this to not be the case! Other problems included: the hot water balance at the kitchen sink didn't work properly; there was dust behind beds and on baseboards in places; several of the beds came apart because they weren't assembled correctly; the luxury vinyl flooring in several places was loose and had an uneven subfloor; there were stains on the mattress pads with blood on it in one room; there weren't enough towels for everyone when we arrived, even though the number of guests was known by the owner.
