Pretty Nice room

It was all really good , I can’t complain. The apt is so comfortable and walking distance to the bus stop . I really enjoyed my stay , recommend for the stay.

No hot water last 2 days. Entrance with long stairs and a dirty carpet. Ceiling water leakage. Very long distance to New York City around 45 minutes drive. Have to pay tolls. The attitude in the communication with the owner was not the best. Air Conditioning was not functioning appropriately. In conclusion, I do not recommend this apartment.

Discovering the Big Apple

It's well located. Near conveniences all around.You have everything you need in the appartment.Beds are comfy and the hot shower is perfect. You have towels and everything to wash yourself.The size of the rooms are good for single or couples. The general areas are good too. The kitchen is convenient with everything working good. Stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, etc.The central ac works very good if you need it. We did need it.You also have to a walking distance, the Hudson River where you can see Manhattan (best at night with all the light) from afar. It's so nice!To get to the Big Apple it's less than an hour. You can take the bus or the ferry to get in town. At the ferry (that's what we use most of the time) there's a fee for the parking but it get's you up town, mid town or down town. Very convenient.You can get food from local supermarkets or you can go to Acme near your staying to a 15 minutes drive. It's very close from the pier.My siblings and I with my friend really liked the place. We enjoyed our stay there and we recommend it if, like us you like to eat home made food instead of restaurants all the time.Enjoy!

Schön, aber...

Das Apartment war geräumig und gut ausgestattet wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Umgebung im mexikanischen Viertel von West New York war sehr angenehm und die Anbindung an NYC sehr gut (knapp 30min). ABER... Im Apartment lebten schon seit längerer Zeit Mäuse! Spuren, vor allem auch Mäusekot, fanden sich an vielen Stellen in der Wohnung und vor alllem auch in den Betten. Ein durch den Vermieter angeblich bestellter Schädlingsbekämpfer konnte die Situation innerhalb unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts nicht ändern. Wir haben die Mäuse auch am Ende noch gesehen. Die Reaktionen des Vermieters auf unsere Beschwerden wirkten sehr genervt. Somit können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen!
