The place was amazing. It had a great view of the oceans and mountains that was spectacular to enjoy at sunset. A lot of great restaurant, bars and unique local shops nearby that kept us entertained during our stay. They hosts were very attentive and gave us great recommendations of activities. The place was clean, cozy and comfortable to relax in. Would definitely return and stay here again in the future.

This stay was a great experience! A little trouble finding it at first but the host was MORE than accommodating to help us get where we needed to be. The decor & amenities make you feel right at home, not to mention the amazing views of Puerto Rico all around. The location is not far from lots of local restaurants & activities. I would definitely recommend this stay!

This is the second time I've stayed here while visiting PR. If you want to stay close to the La Placita of Santurce or to the Fine Arts center (Centro de Bellas Artes), THIS IS THE PLACE! The place was close to restaurants, bars, and clubs. Location is one of the main features of this place. The exterior of the building can be deceiving; full of graffiti, but that gives the urban touch of what Santurce is. The apt was super clean. Washer and dryer available. Spacious for a family of 4. The kitchen is fully equipped, just bring groceries. We really appreciated the fast and constant communication with the host.

This is a lovely apartment with two bedrooms, each of which has easy access to its own bathroom. It also has a dining area and a comfortable space to watch television. There are several restaurants nearby, and it was a short Uber ride into Old San Juan. The hosts, Luzonayda & Yahir, were very quick to respond to any questions, and provided a lot of information about things to see and do in the area.It was a little tricky getting into the apartment, but we got in with no problem using the step-by-step information (and pictures!) that were provided by the hosts. We did not see any spots in the parking lot behind the building, but found places to park along the street in front of the main entrance.The beds are advertised as queen size, but they were a bit smaller than what we expected to find, and also quite firm (some may like this, others may not). The kitchen was well stocked, and there were chairs and towels we used when going to the beach. Overall a very positive experience.
