Beautiful stay! The check in was smooth, the host was super communicative. We utilized the parking lot which was safe and convenient. The pool/gym were excellent, and the space was exactly as pictured/described!

This hotel and rental was absolutely beautiful…we booked one night.. so that we could enjoy Miami b4 our scheduled cruise… its in a great location next to restaurants and live entertainment… the host is very attentive and kind.. she helped make the trip stressfree … rental was very clean… and the balcony view is absolutely breathtaking.. we wish we could stay longer.

The check-in process is very confusing when you arrive in a car and need to park. We were able to sort it out though with Nina. The bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on!

The location of this property was a big plus. The view of the downtown and the pier 5 bayside view as stunning. Pier 5 bayside was just 10 min. walk from the property to the location. There is a metromover station right beside the building and it's a free ride to most of destination in the downtown.Nina was quick to respond for all the questions.We will love to comeback to this place for our next visit to Miami.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was thoughtfully stocked and very accommodating, making us feel right at home. The manager was fantastic to deal with—friendly, responsive, and professional.We especially appreciated the free parking and the convenient location, just a short distance from Bayside, which made exploring the area so easy. Overall, it was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

The property was as described. The location was convenient to many areas of Miami. The free parking was such a great perk. The wraparound balcony was beautiful. The studio was clean and had beach accessories. The check in was a bit confusing as we entered the parking garage first and had trouble accessing the building but once we figured it out, there were no further problems. There is a bunch of construction going on immediately around the building so it was loud during the day. Overall we would stay here again!

I was in Miami for a Heat game! The location was beautiful. You get to see everything and a nice view. We literally walked to the game and hang out in bayside. I would deff stay there again . So many memories were made

I elected early check-in and paid the fee only to be told the room would not be ready in time. After arriving at normal check-in time the key was still not available resulting in me not being able to check-in until an hour after normal check-in time. According to the host, the room needed to be cleaned and the cleaner forgot to return the key. When I finally entered the room, it was semi clean. The shower floor was dirty, and the room had not been vacuumed. Overall the room was decent and the view was pleasant… For the grand finale I received a parking ticket after adhering to the host’s guidelines for parking. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had with a Vrbo.

Great apartment in downtown Miami

Cute little studio that utilizes space well so you don't feel cramped. One of the more comfortable beds I have slept on in a hotel or vacation rental. Awesome view and you can sit outside on the little balcony (although as of my stay there is construction going on at ground level and it can get a bit noisy). If you like streaming while away, bring your streaming stick—the tv is on an old system and only had Netflix and Amazon apps.

Listen… when I say this host is EVERYTHING, I mean it! My daughters and I travel often, and this host far exceeded all of my expectations. I’m very much a last-minute, go-with-the-vibes type of traveler, and I know that can be a lot for some people—but not this host! She was incredibly accommodating, patient, and willing to help with all of my random requests without hesitation.Now let’s talk about the property…The concierge and staff were friendly and welcoming, the home itself was absolutely beautiful, and the wrap-around balcony was breathtaking. The pool was the perfect refreshing touch and made our stay even more enjoyable.As someone who travels frequently, I can honestly say some places make me uncomfortable the moment I walk in—but this property felt like home right away.My girls and I truly enjoyed our stay, and I would absolutely book again!

Excellent place! Location is a bomb! Mover right out the door and in general the location very central, makes easy to access any point of interest in the city. Yet its calm and peaceful for good rest. Coffee shops and restaurant right in the building - a win win.This was our first time visiting Miami and i sure will be back, hopefully to this exact building. Much much better than hotel
