The home is 1.4 miles from Potomac Avenue Metro Station (2 min walk to the bus stop). The home is 13 minutes from the DCA airport, 15 minutes from the Arlington Cemetery, 9 minutes from the National Mall, and 17 minutes from the White House.

Guests have full access to the entire home. The host is accessible via text, call, email, and the Airbnb chat.

This home is set up for short and long term stays. Most people that book the home stay for lengthy periods of time. There are two (2) full size washers and dryers, two (2) full size refrigerators and five (5) large screen smart televisions (two 75”, one 55”, 43”and one 65”)

There are three actively recording cameras overlooking the front, side, and rear of the home. All cameras are on the exterior of the property
