Cozy 1-bedroom condo in the Historic District of Marco Island! On the water!
This Marco Island condo boasts 1 inviting bedroom. The space is adorable and soothing, perfect for guests looking for a serene getaway. Enjoy amenities like a dishwasher, full size washer/dryer in the unit and WiFi during your stay. The property is the second story of only a 2 story unit so has great water views at the entrance and on the patio. The patio gets both a decent amount of shade and sun all year long so perfect for reading or BBQing. You are a short walk away from fine dining, fresh fish, live music and even the World Famous Snook Inn. The pool is spacious and the boat dock is perfect for fishing or just watching the boats go by as the sun melts away in the water. We are from SW Missouri and have been coming to Marco Island and this particular condo for 10+ years. We also own a home in South Naples as our family has continued to grow but when its just my wife and I we prefer the condo over the big house when we are in town so we rent them both and whichever one is open we gladly celebrate it :-) You can call me, text me, email anytime as this is not a business for us but sharing the SWFL experience with other great people. We havent rented for the last 5 years as we have had family using it during the season but now they are moving to Marco like all the other renters have done who stayed here lol.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Its historic Marco-the gem of Marco Island. I can get to the beach during the day in 15 minutes or less. The rest of our time we want to bbq and watch the boats idle by, walk up to fine dining or live music, stop in to the Snook Inn for a drink or bicycle around amongst others walking to happy hour. Once you come to VDM you never leave; the area and the people is why most of the time you dont have to advertise as renters always come back year after year.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Its on the second floor so great water views in two directions. Tons of natural airflow and good lighting, the best mixture of sunshine and shade during the day where as many others in the complex do not have this. It has very little foot traffic due to its location but in 5 minutes walking you can be at the pool or watching sunset on the pier if you arent busy catching fish
