I had an absolutely excellent stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The place itself actually showed better than the pictures — spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The home is beautifully situated right on the lake, making it peaceful and relaxing throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the nice views and sitting around the fire pit as the sun went down. The owner was responsive with any questions we had. I would stay here again.

Absolutely Loved It!

Absolutely loved this lake home!! It was everything as described and more. Travelled to the area with family - 5 adults, 1 dog - plenty of space and loved the layout. Kitchen is well stocked, and we utilized the grill and fire pit with a view of the lake. With all of the little touches and decor, it's easy to see how much thought and care went into this home for others to enjoy. Thank you!

Ok guys got to say this is a hidden gem hidden in a smaller rural community of Dickinson, ND. But I might be a little prejudice since it is my childhood hometown! The house has a very cute unique architectural design. It had plenty of room for our group of 10 to do our own things. We sure enjoyed it!The kitchen had so many extra amenities it was amazing! One of the bathrooms is huge with a very big tub that was just so relaxing, multiple guests took advantage of that. The view of the lake is spectacular; sure, wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it. We were in Dickinson for a Family reunion, so we did not get to spend much time at the house to just relax.

All we hoped for

Excellent vacation home and location. Everything about the home is well done. The property was stocked with everything that we needed, including thoughtful toiletries in case we forgot anything. The kitchen was stocked with just the right herbs and accessories to make cooking simple and joyful. View of the lake is breathtaking. Sunsets were great. Nearby beach was super fun. The whole family loved the dinosaur museum. This was a halfway point for three generations to get together for the weekend. It was delightful. The kids especially enjoyed the board games provided. Definitely recommend this property. Looking forward to another visit.

Gorgeous Lake House Retreat

We were excited to find this beautiful lake house for a long weekend family getaway with our adult kids. The property was exactly as pictured online (which is not always the case). The hosts were very responsive and helpful prior to check in and we had no issues during our stay. We had five adults and had plenty of room to relax, definitely could fit more people if your group is larger. Everything we needed was provided, and there were so many thoughtful touches, like little baskets of toiletries we might have forgotten. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils needed to make meals there, as well as a grill and fire pit on the patio with a wonderful view. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and towels, all of which were of good quality. There are many activities to enjoy in the surrounding area - highly recommend visiting nearby Theodore Roosevelt National Park and Bully Pulpit Golf Course in Medora! Gorgeous views at both. We had a family tennis tournament at courts which were a short drive away. There is also a golf course right across the street but we ran out of time to try that one. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely return if we are back in the area! Thanks for a great getaway!

This place is truly special. The A-frame sits right on a lake and is absolutely idyllic. Even in the heart of winter, the view was captivating, looking out the large living room windows at ice fishermen and kids playing on the frozen lake felt almost storybook. I stayed for an entire month while traveling, and watching the snow fall from the living room never stopped being mesmerizing.The home is warm, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for a North Dakota winter. The fireplace sitting area was a favorite spot to relax and watch TV, and the entire space just felt inviting. The kitchen was very well stocked with thoughtful touches like spices, creamers, and a great coffee bar, everything you might need had already been thought of.The hosts were outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout my stay, and when I arrived a day later than planned, they reached out to make sure I was okay. That level of care really stood out.I can’t say enough good things about this charming lake home. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give it 100. You truly can’t go wrong reserving time here, whether in winter or summer. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be in the warmer months.Highly recommend!
