Amplias unidades de 3 habitaciones / 2 baños en un complejo de baja densidad ubicado en el corazón de Gulf. ¡Ofrece vistas a Gulf & Little Lagoon! El gran balcón, con asientos, es accesible desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal.

La sala de estar ofrece un sofá cama, 2 sillones cómodos y un televisor de pantalla plana. Junto a la sala de estar se encuentra la cocina y el comedor. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que necesita para una comida casera o un refrigerio en el camino a la playa. El comedor tiene una mesa con asientos para 6 personas y asientos adyacentes con cuatro taburetes en el bar.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con cofre, amplio espacio de guardarropas y televisión. El baño principal privado tiene una ducha de pie y una bañera de jardín, con mucho espacio de gabinetes. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen con cómoda y un amplio espacio de guardarropas. El dormitorio tres, o el Kids Nook, ofrece una litera doble con dos camas gemelas y una cómoda.

Aunque Spinnaker Pointe se encuentra justo al otro lado de la calle de la playa, no hay acceso a la playa directamente al otro lado de la calle. El acceso a la playa se ubica al este aproximadamente a 2 cuadras y es un acceso p����blico con paso de peatones, estacionamiento si decide conducir y baños públicos.

My stay was excellent. The location was right across the street from the beach and steps away from the pool. Service was exceptional. It there was an issue it was resolved immediately. The only downside was that you are only provided one roll of toilet paper and one roll paper towels. There are onsite grills and we even received a beach essentials credit. Amazing place… We will definitely book again.

Family vacation

This is our third time staying at this location. They are always clean and this is the first year we had any maintenance issues. Which they resolved immediately. It’s walking distance to the gift shops and the hangout so no need to pay for parking. Nice view of the lagoon off the balcony.

Gulf of America weekend getaway

The place was a great stay. Condo was clean and came with all the necessities needed! The King bedroom mattress is very loud and I would wake up our baby getting in and out of the bed all night and the beach access is public beach access. It is a good little walk to get to the boardwalk out to the beach especially if you have a 2 month old and a lot of things to carry. The closest paid parking is very small and fills up quickly.

Great for our family

We were walking distance to all of the local things we wanted to do! We were a quick walk away from the beach. The pool is viewable from the deck and you can see the water from both spots! The house was clean, ready for us, and was easy to get in and out of when we needed to come and go. If you have kids, I would bring scooters for the walk to things!

Bunch of guys golfing so just was there in the evenings. All we had time for a little TV and a place to sleep. Had a good time. Only complaint s we had was that there were no trash bags, no dish towels, and not enough wash clothes and towels

The arrival information gives guests the details of what is provided with your stay ahead of time to help guests with planning for their trip. It states how many towels, washcloths, hand towels and dish towels are included so guests can plan ahead of time. If you did not have the allotted amount upon arrival, we would've made sure they were brought to you during your stay. Good Location, needs detail cleaning

Good location near the beach and main attractions. Kids loved the pool and adults enjoyed the outdoor balcony. Couple things about the condo the floors and kitchen counter tops were dirty upon arrival. Overall it was a good first stay with using VRBO.

Great place! Very comfortable and close to the beach. Host was responsive and helpful.

Very easy to book and the property manager was very helpful. They also let us check in a few hours earlier. Proximity to the beach was great (right across the street). We had one small appliance issue and the property manager had someone come fix it early the next day. Great place. Recommended.

Cute place!

Very cute place. Not too far from the public beach access. Did find a water bottle and some food under the coffee table the first night. So that wasn’t cleaned great but everything else was very clean!

Great stay!

The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star are the steps to get to the room. Two huge flight of stairs were definitely not ideal to go up and down multiple times a day. Anyone with handicap needs wouldn’t be able to stay here.

Loved the place the only issue we had was we had to wash all the dishes and counter tops before we could use them and beds were not great either other then that we loved it it was perfect
