The house was great. It would be tough to be any closer to the main gondola. Everything in the house is new and well stocked; they spared no expense. The kids loved playing in the woods and creek right behind the house as well having access to the public heated pool. It was perfect for our two families (4 adults 4 kids). Communication was excellent.

10/10 property. This place was AMAZING! Easy check in/out, every single amenity you could think of and you are right by the valley, and super close to the gondola. We walked to everything we needed there. We could not be more impressed with this property, and my family had the best time! Highly recommend staying here.

This place is conviene and beautiful

The unit is spacious, beautifully decorated with high end appliances, and the location is ideal. It is a two minute walk to the River Run Gondola. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The management company is immediately responsive and they are available by text. We will certainly return.

Family time

The home is beautiful and comfortable. VRBO lists this property with air conditioning, and Summit Mt confirmed verbally. It did not have air and it faces East and West. The sun came up on the shady side and set on the West side (kitchen!! we cook most meals...ugh)...no window treatments. We visit the mountains every June, and many of our rentals have not had air as it cools down at night. It was midnight before it cooled under 85 degrees upstairs. We couldn't sleep. Everything was perfect except for this issue. Get a mini-split.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
