Charming barn loft - all amenities on 60 acre farm in the White Mountains of NH

3,000 sq ft loft on the top floor of a modernized barn, has all amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Perfectly situated in secluded outskirts Lancaster, NH, this vacation home away from home is moments away from prime skiing and hiking locations. The loft is on a 60 acre farm with dairy goats (who get their own barn!), a garden, and a 2 mile trail around the property for hiking, snowshoeing or skiing,

There is one bedroom with a queen bed, one loft with a queen bed inflatable mattress and one double bed in the living room open space. The full bathroom is located inside the first bedroom. If needed, the couch can be converted into a full bed. On the deck there is a BBQ grill and inside is a wood stove (wood provided). Additional heating and AC are supplied by two electric mini split heat pumps. There is a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with a shower and tub, washer and dryer, and high speed wifi. Pets are welcome.

Beautiful views of the northern whites are all around. Seasonally, one can visit the gardens, enjoy a plethora of fresh greens and veggies and sample homemade goat cheese and cider. Optionally-and with supervision-you can take a trip to the goat barn to say hi and pet them. Lancaster is a 7 minute drive where there are stores, gas, groceries, and an excellent bakery.
