When we say ski-in, ski-out — we mean it! Located directly across from the Stagecoach chair lift, this three-bedroom retreat puts you at the foot of one of the country’s most iconic ski resorts. In winter, glide right onto the mountain; in summer, enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails right outside your door.
After a day of adventure, unwind on the private balcony in the bubbling hot tub, or cozy up in the living room with plush leather seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.
The updated full kitchen features all the comforts of home and everything you need for easy vacation cooking. Gather for meals at the dining table for six, or enjoy morning coffee at the breakfast counter or out on the deck while taking in the mountain views.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the condo and any community amenities. Garage is not available to guests.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy an unbeatable mountain location right across from Heavenly’s Stagecoach Lift. During summer months, the Tahoe Rim Trail can be accessed just across the street for hiking and biking adventures.
Restaurants, cafés, golf courses, and the lake are just a short drive away, and a free local shuttle to town picks up at the Holiday Inn entrance nearby.
Getting Around:
There is a free shuttle that will take you to town that picks up at the entrance of the Holiday Inn. The Rim Trail can be accessed just across the street with biking and hiking trails. A map of the trails can be found by the bike rack in the condo.
The building is on the back side of Heavenly so keep going down Tramway until it turns into Quaking aspen and goes left. The building is the 8th one on the left. The unit is the right lower one and front door is toward the back. Parking is first come, first serve in the parking lot right in front of the building. The 2 parking passes required and provided.
Other Things to Note:
No Pets: Strictly enforced due to owner allergies
Winter Travel: Tahoe winters bring heavy snow—4WD/AWD vehicles with snow tires or chains are highly recommended. Be prepared for icy roads and occasional power outages. Decks and BBQs are not serviced in winter
Be Bear Aware: Black bears inhabit Lake Tahoe and are attracted to food and trash. Always lock your car doors, roll up windows and view from afar. Please do not feed our bears.
Parking: There is lot parking for up to two cars. Parking pass required and provided. Garage parking is not available.
Fire Safety: Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
Linen Supply: One bath towel and washcloth per guest; one hand towel per bathroom.
Maximum Occupancy: 6 guest
Heating: Gas fireplace (downstairs) and wall heater (upstairs). Leave bedroom doors open for best heat circulation.
Multiple Levels: Stairs required to access bedrooms and living areas.
Noise & Safety: Please observe county quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
1. Entry door looking at the staircase (it is on the outside post staircase post).
2. Parking lot in front (on the outside post on the hot tub deck looking out).
3. Looks at the Stagecoach ski run.
Interaction with Guests:
You will check in by going right to the home using our keyless entry system. Your door code will be provided and activate at 4pm. Make sure to pull the door toward you when you put the code in to ensure the deadbolt is aligned. We have a 24 hour customer care team and a local team available during business hours.
