This 2 bed, 2 bath A-Frame cabin offers an updated interior, a well stocked kitchen, balconies off both bedrooms and a full wrap around porch all located on 2 acres of wooded property. If you are looking to explore all of the many hiking opportunities, Cave Run Lake, visit Morehead State University or just relax on the porch, this is the perfect place for you.

- Dogs must be in crates if left alone in the cabin. Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning charges may be applied.
- Pets must be indicated at time of booking. Additional charge of $100 will be added plus the daily pet fee for each pet brought but not included when booking.

Parking:
- Gravel parking is at the top of the driveway can easily fits 3 full sized vehicles and more if needed.
- Trailer parking is available (approx. half way up the driveway is a flat open grassy area that can be used to park a boat trailer and tow vehicle). 4 wheel drive should be used when parking in the area. The ground can sometimes be soft in the area. Do not take trailers to the top of the drive unless you are comfortable backing them back down. you will not be able to turn around at the top.
- The gravel driveway takes you up an approx 9 - 10 degree grade. 2 wheel drive vehicle can make it up this drive in normal weather conditions. Keep your momentum going until you are completely to the top.

Things to know:
- The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 guests and can accommodate up to 6 guests total for an additional fee per guest (per day). Please be sure to book the correct number of guests before checking in.

- This is a wooded area and there is always a chance that any of the wildlife native to Kentucky (animals, reptiles and insects) may pass through the property. We hope you enjoy any experience you may encounter and provided them with the distance and respect they should receive. Please do not feed any animals.

- Please do not leave any food or garbage out and make sure the grill is clean and closed when not in use as these can attract "visitors".

- We actively treat the cabin and property for pests including bees, wasps and hornets. We do our best to keep them away from the cabin, but please be aware they can be in the area. If they do show up it tends to be on the balcony off the smaller bedroom. (There is a sting aid kit in the first floor bathroom medicine cabinet.

NOTE: This cabin, while offering wonderful accommodations, is in a rural area and can occasionally experience strong weather conditions or power outages that are out of our control. We will do everything we can to assist, but are not responsible for issues beyond our control. We do have flash lights and power banks in the cabin to help charge phones and electronics in case of an outage as well as a Yeti cooler for you to use during your stay.
