“SHORE TO PLEASE”, did just that!!

My family and I returned home yesterday from Gulf Shores. We stayed 6 days and five nights at “Shore To Please”.The Beach House was Perfect! It was decorated beautifully with Modern Beach Theme decor, well stocked with anything that you might need if you were home and it was very clean. The house is spacious, as my husband & I, our two children with their spouses and our 6 wonderful Grandchildren (ages 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 & 15) had lots of space to interact together for meals, card/game time or just to sit and talk. Then when someone needed a quick nap, a little quiet alone time or when “bedtime” came , all we had to do is head upstairs to the 4 beautiful bedrooms. The house did not disappoint! Its location was great, it’s a quick couple of minutes walk to the beach and a fishing pier. The beautiful pool was right behind the house (which the Grandchildren loved). The Host, Deanna was a delight to work with! I had a couple of questions prior to our trip and once we were there and she responded very quickly. She was very friendly and so helpful, I felt very comfortable communicating with her.There were lots of beach items provided (an Awesome wagon that was easy to pull on the sand, beach chairs, toys, rafts, umbrellas, etc); extra beach towels; a fully stocked kitchen.So, if you are looking for a wonderful beach house, this is your place! Just bring your Swimsuits, clothes, personal toiletries, drinks and some food and you’ll be all set! We will definitely be back!

This home was excellent and we had a great stay there. It was great for our group of 8. We loved the beach supply closet with beach chairs and the weather resistant cornhole which we even took to the beach one day. It was especially helpful to have a sofa bed and an additional shower in the main floor bathroom. The host is superb and accommodating and responded to every communication quickly before and during our stay. This is one of our top beach rentals ever - we highly recommend.

Beautiful place!

We really enjoyed our week at Shore to Please! Absolutely no complaints about the house, it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Deanna was very prompt and helpful at all times. The only issue we had was the distance to the beach with the little ones. This would not have been a problem if we hadn’t needed so much stuff for the smaller kids and it had just been us adults. We would all definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this beach stay :) thank you for a wonderful place to stay for a week with family and friends!

Perfect home away from home!

We all absolutely loved staying in this home. From our 10 year olds to the 18 year olds, and the both of us adults!!! Wonderful home all around. They have EVERYTHING you need. HIGHLY recommended!!!! :)

Deanna was a wonderful host and the house was awesome for us. Easy access to beaches and directly in front of the pool. Having kids with us it made things super simple. The amount of space and the quality of the house was also great! Couldn't ask for a better stay!

Perfect location and perfect hospitality

We loved this property for its location to the beach, the bay, and how it is situated more on the quiet end of Gulf Shores island. Our kids loved the access to the pool and sitting out on the balcony overlooking the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Shore to Please is right!

We were in town for a baseball tournament. John and Deanna are wonderful hosts and super responsive. The house is just as advertised. Very convenient to the beach and well-appointed. We enjoyed coffee on the porch before heading out to the ball fields and cold drinks on the porch afterwards! I highly recommend Shore to Please.

Did not Disappoint

The property was beautiful very clean and had everything you could need including beach chairs and beach towels! Walking distance to the beach and conveniently located close to activities and food. Deanna was an amazing host and available for questions as needed. Plenty of space for families to enjoy themselves. Would highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

Beautiful home and perfect set up for 2 families. Two masters and plenty of room for all the kiddos. A quick and easy quarter mile walk to beach access. Nice paved walking trail. Fishing pier at the lagoon. Love the quiet location.Owner was very quick to respond to questions we had. We would love to come back!

Wonderful Home for family!

From beginning to end this was a great experience. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any of my questions! We were surprised to find toys & even eating utensils for our 2 year old, as well as games and beach & pool items for our older kiddos (ages 15-20). The decor is adorable, the home is very clean and well taken care of! It’s a short walk to the beach (the wagon is SO helpful!) and the pool is the perfect distance from the door! (Right behind it!) 👏🏼👏🏼 The neighborhood was quiet and also VERY clean. It’s a very short drive to area restaurants, entertainment & shopping. We had a wonderful experience!

Sure to please!

This place was awesome! Enough covered parking for up to four vehicles, across the street from the beach, and a digital welcome package (link that acts like an app) that puts all the info in one spot on your phone and makes check-in and communication a breeze! We had exactly the space we needed and were comfortable the whole time. The only negative was that we wished the internet was a little faster, but that wasn't a major issue. We will definitely be checking this place for availability the next time we plan to come to Gulf Shores. We recommend!

Family Fun in the Sun!

Perfect Vacation home! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need in this beautiful and relaxing home. Short walk to the white sandy beach, great pool and a huge lagoon behind the property. We would absolutely stay again!

Great Vacation!!

Great place to stay with family and friends

We had the best family vacation staying at this property. The house was super nice and everything we hoped it would be. It had everything we needed for a week. The neighborhood was really nice. The house was convenient to the ocean, lagoon and pool. We are so glad we chose this property to spend our vacation at. The house was very clean and well stocked. The owner was really nice and super helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo is clean and well stocked, and has everything you may need for a pleasant stay. Great location, very close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Great!

Overall the house was great! Super comfy beds , decorated nice ! The only probably we had was the house wasn’t ready when we arrived to check in. The cleaning staff and Deanna we super apologetic and we understand things happen sometimes! It was nice to be on the end house and pool was super close ! The beach acces was a little further that we had anticipated, but made friends with the people staying across the street and they let us use their beach access . The house had plenty of towels , lots of beach chairs and toys to use ! Overall very good experience !

Wedding weekend rental

Came to Gulf Shores for a family wedding. This rental was perfect we could go to the beach on the days we had more time, and to the pool when we only had an hour. Easy access to everything. The place was perfect.

AMAZING Property!

We came to stay right after a hurricane. The owner was very understanding and responsive to all my questions about the area and the property. She even texted during the trip to make sure things were going well. WOW! It is spacious and clean. Definitely earned a 5 star rating. We will be coming back to this unit for another stay.

Best Ever Girls Getaway

Best beach house on the block! This house is in a great location...close to Gulf Shores but far enough away to avoid crowds. The front porch faces the ocean and is decked out with cozy furniture. Parking is awesome! We fit two Tahoe's, a Blazer and a Camry in the parking space underneath the house. The storage room is loaded with beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and a wagon. There's also a gas grill. The interior of the house is absolutely gorgeous, super clean and completely cozy. Beds are comfortable, there is an abundance of towels (enough for 8 women), the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and serve beach meals. There are beach towels for guests to use and lots of games provided for family game time. Can't say enough good things about this awesome house! Thank you for a great getaway!

Wonderfully clean and convenient

The house was amazing and exactly as it was described. The new amenities were a plus, beds were extremely comfortable, even the towels Deana provided were plush:). The pool was very convenient, clean and walking trails behind the property and beach area provided a different yet very fun excursion. Deanna was very prompt and detailed with her communication which was an even larger plus. We would definitely recommend this to anyone for a wonderful, adventurous and also relaxing and stress free vacation!

Hello! Thank you for considering staying in one of our properties with Barnes Beach Houses! We privately own and manage our homes and take pride in all of them!

My husband and I live in Mansfield, TX and love hosting our guests. The majority of our guests are repeat guests and love to come back and stay at our properties year after year. We have five children; one still at home, one in college, and three more that are adults and have blessed us with five grandchildren. We both work in the healthcare industry and love to travel in our free time.

We both stay in short-term rentals when we travel, which I feel makes us better hosts. We know what we like when we stay somewhere and make sure you have the same amenities and consideration. We want all our guests to be comfortable in our houses.
