The Space:
Main Level: Fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and updated appliances with a breakfast nook, seamlessly flowing into a spacious dining and living area. The main-level bedroom features a king bed near a full bathroom featuring a stand up shower. There is also an extra half bath that has a built-in bunk bed which provides additional sleeping arrangements ideal for children.
*Please note the fireplace is currently unavailable for use.*

Second Floor: The primary king bedroom includes a private full bath with double sinks, a walk-in shower and a standalone jetted bathtub, ample closet space, and a dedicated home office. The queen bedroom also features a private full bath with double sinks and a shower and jetted tub combo. The last bedroom has a double bed with a bunk bed - one double, and two singles, accompanied by a full bath just outside the room.

Outdoors: Expansive private deck, fire pit, grill, and stairs leading directly to the beach where you will find an additional fire pit, private dock and mooring ball (available Memorial Day to Labor Day each year). This home offers 2 Bikes, 3 Kayaks, and 1 Stand- Up Paddle Board for guest use!
*Please note there is a stairway that will lead you to the private beach. There are roughly 30 steps.

Guest Access:
Driveway parking allows up to 4 vehicles. No garage parking available.

The Neighborhood:
Short 10 minute drive to downtown Glen Arbor, Heritage Trail, and the Sleeping Bear Dunes!

Getting Around:
Wintertime Guests: Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 3 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.

Other Things to Note:
Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $129 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $2,000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

DOCK - You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond it is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues. Boat lift is unavailable for guest use - please use the provided mooring ball for your water crafts.
