PARKING:The shared driveway on the north/right side of the house can fit 2-3 cars. There are also paved spots behind the house. Street parking is also available for free (first come, first serve basis)

You'll have a private driveway at our location, a quiet residential boulevard just around the corner from all the action.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
