Welcome to Breeze Apartments, a centrally located property in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic! Our modern and spacious rental includes three separate apartments, each featuring:
• 2 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• Full kitchen and living space
• Access to the shared pool area
You can rent a single apartment or book all three together for larger groups!
Amenities & Features:
• Prime Location – Just a 25-minute walk & 10 minutes Drive to Playa Boca Chica, and a short drive to SDQ (Las Américas International Airport).
• Pool Access – Enjoy a relaxing dip in one of the few private pools in the area (closes at 9:00 PM).
• On-Site Security – Your safety is our priority. Our property has 24/7 security cameras located around the property.
• Cleaning – We make sure the is very clean to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.
• Check-in – Hassle-free check-in with our friendly building staff.
• Nearby Essentials – Only 5 minutes to Ole Supermarket and a short walk to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
House Rules & Policies:
• No Smoking Indoors – A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
• No Pets Allowed – A $250 additional fee will apply if pets are brought inside.
• Pool Closes at 9:00 PM – Please respect quiet hours for other guests.
