This 3rd level 4 bedroom, 3 bath unit sleeps 11. This unit is perfect for groups and families as it can be separated to make two 2 bedroom units.

A Side:
This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, including a stainless steel microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee pot.
In the master bedroom there is a king-sized bed as well as a TV with DirecTV access. Enjoy relaxing in the garden tub in the master bath.
In the second bedroom there are two twin beds. There is also a TV with DirecTV access. Next to it is the other bathroom on this side of the unit.
The living room has a TV with DirecTV access and a DVD player as well.
A laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer are also included in this unit.
You can enjoy the view of the gulf from the private balcony.
There’s ceramic tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.

B Side:
This side of the unit also has a full kitchen including a coffee pot, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle bed. There is one bathroom on this side of the unit.
The living room has a TV with DirecTV access and an electric fireplace.
This side also has a stackable washer and dryer.
There’s ceramic tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.

Great location with direct access to the beach. It's a little longer of a walk than most condos we've stayed at in the past, but it's worth it to have a more natural beach location.

Great stay! Unit was very clean and well stocked. This setup is perfect for sharing with extended family. Enough room for everyone to have their own space.

Spacious Place with All the Necesseties

The best part of the visit was all the room that we had to spread out and have our own privacy. The only thing that could have been better was the weather.

First time at DI

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved that it wasn’t crowded, it was quiet, and low key. We came planning to cook mostly in our room and only eat out a couple times. We found the eating out to be hard due to most places closing early and the one time we ate dinner out the food was bad! The beach was relaxing and water was calm. There was a lot of seaweed and the sand was dirtier than previous beaches we have visited. The condo accommodated our 2 families perfectly, have us both our spaces but also allowed us to be together for meals and fellowship. Some dishes were put away dirty and bedding on the pull out bunk was dirty (no one in our group was planning to sleep there). Overall we had a very relaxing stay and would recommend and consider visiting DI in the future.

Had to have area rug removed as it was dirty and disgusting and my 10 month granddaughter could not crawl on it. Both units very dirty, stuff spilled down cabinets, dead bugs everywhere, nasty stuff on bathroom walls, washer did not work in small unit. Was told when called in about problems (Sunday morning) in a rude tone "What do you want me to do about it" by DebbieWe bring so many families to the Island and have never had any problems. This trip we had four families rent condo's and stay and I will never recommend again.

Loved our stay in Beach Club 310!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many different units over the years at Beach Club or The Inn. We have always been pleased and this was no exception. I loved the layout of our condo unit (compared to 110, which a family member stayed in). The unit was well equipped and clean. The staff with beachfront rentals was extremely friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to have bunks (queen on bottom to accommodate adult guests) in both 2nd bedrooms. I will also note that I did notice a few maintenance issues outside of our unit that caught my attention—the shower on the boardwalk was having a valve issue and there were some cosmetic imperfections I noticed on the exterior/pool area that I hadn’t in the years past. None of these took away any joy from my stay, not will they deter me from staying here in the immediate future. They are merely things I would want to know if I were an owner/manager.
