Spacious 4-bedroom villa with Private pool

Thank you for your feedback. We take guest experiences seriously and would like to clarify a few points for transparency and future guests. Regarding security, the person you noticed was our on-site housekeeper/security, who stays in the security room outside the main house. His role is to ensure guest safety, maintain the property, and assist guests with cleaning or any needs during their stay. He does not access the house unless invited by guests. Concerning the pool, the water is changed regularly. On the day of your arrival, we experienced an unexpected pump issue, which temporarily affected the pool level. This was fixed as soon as possible, and additional water was added promptly once the issue was resolved, even late at night, to ensure your comfort. About towels, they were available on the property. Unfortunately, there may have been a miscommunication, as they were not requested initially. Once raised, towels were provided. The issue with the toilet seat applied to one downstairs guest room only. That room had been vacated shortly before your arrival, and the damage was caused by a previous guest. We had planned to temporarily close that room but did not anticipate immediate We regret any inconvenience experienced and appreciate the feedback, as it helps us improve.
