The condo association has decided to move forward with repairs to this building which will impact the winter season. I am not aware of any issues with the unit but the building will have construction/ Please contact me for more details. Normally this building rents for $$5000+ per month in the winter season. Construction is complete on the part of the building where this unit is located. But there will be painting going on to the building.

Hutchinson Island, a 50 mile long barrier island, is the home of 4 main towns: Stuart, Jensen Beach, Ft. Pierce, and Vero Beach. Two hours to Orlando airport and one hour from Palm beach.
Everyone will enjoy being just minutes away from the award-winning restaurants, shopping, theater and nightlife available in Florida's own "Mayberry", the charming Stuart FL / Jensen Beach area. ("America's Happiest Seaside Town" -- Coastal Living Magazine, 2016 Winner) Restaurants, post-office, grocery stores and other shops are a 5 to 10 minute drive away while a 50 minute drive will take you to renowned up-scale shopping on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach.
