Esta espaciosa casa de 5 habitaciones y 3. 5 baños es perfecta para tu familia grande o extendida. Además de un concepto abierto de sala de estar, cocina y comedor, el piso superior cuenta con un baño principal con baño completo, vestidor y reproductor de TV / DVD. Encontrará todo lo que necesita para sentirse como en casa en esta cocina bien equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Disfrute de sus comidas en la terraza superior o en la gran mesa interior. Hay espacio para que toda la familia pase el rato en el área de la sala de estar y vea películas en el nuevo Smart TV de 55 "con reproductor de DVD, o para tener una noche de juegos familiares (mucho en el baúl de almacenamiento de mimbre). This is our third year staying at this property. We love that we are a short walk to the beach. We have a large family so it's nice that everyone has their own room. The kitchen is well stocked. There are lots of towels. It's clean and has televisions in every bedroom. It's been great for us.

Beautiful home, great communication with owner. Pet friendly. Many restaurants and shopping close to home. Large dining table for family and plenty of room for everyone. TVs in every room. Internet worked great. Weather was horrible because of rain and wind, but plenty of shopping spots to check out. We also went to the turtle hospital which was fun and educational. Kids loved it.

We had a wonderful vacation in this home! It is located on a quiet street extremely close to the beach. The home was very clean! The Jack and Jill bathroom/bedroom set up worked out very well for our family members who have a toddler. The large, upstairs balcony with an ocean view (better than I expected) was the perfect place for us to spend time together in the evenings.

Great beach access, we and the dog had an awesome time! Even though we brought our own beach supplies, there was a huge variety to choose from downstairs in the entryway. Kitchen was well stocked. The owner was great in communicating ( even when we called them on their own vacation overseas -oops we didn't know) ! Overall a lovely stay.

We all absolutely loved this house. It was everything we needed and is so close to the beach it surprises you. There were 10 adult adults and three children, we all fit nicely. . It was a rainy week, but we still enjoyed our time because of the proximity to the beach. So easy to get to, and it’s very private and quiet.

Great home

The house was great for our group of 9. The kitchen was well stocked except for a decent can opener. The home has great decks to sit and listen to the waves and lightening shows in the evening, the back deck off the kitchen for the sunset is great! Very short walk to the beach!Overall the home was clean, there was sand in the floors of several bedrooms, the showers need ATTENTION. The shower curtains had mold and soap scum on them as well as the shower walls, you can definitely tell they haven't been scrubbed in a while and the ceiling fans were coated in a thick layer of dust.

Amazing Location and Layout

This home has an amazing location! The size of the home and layout are perfect for families with children. We used the upstairs deck the most, just sitting and enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. The beach is just a short two minute walk away. There are plenty of beach towels and items to use for a beach day. The second refrigerator downstairs was very helpful and the outdoor grill was great!Not sure if the property management company needs to be changed or new cleaners are needed but the home could use a good deep clean and someone to go through everything that has been left behind. There are games, but everything is just thrown on shelves and some have pieces missing. Dirty sponges were left in the sink and the trash cans were in the middle of the floor when we arrived. There are loads of lids for pots and pans, taking up a large amount of cabinet space but there are not nearly as many pots and pans themselves. There were multiple coffee makers but we could only get one to work. There are labels on all cabinets and drawers but nothing matched what was actually in them. There are TVs in every room, some with multiple TVs in one room, but we could only get the TV in the living room to work.Overall we enjoyed our stay, had a fantastic time, and would recommend this home to anyone coming to Topsail!

Second time around

This is our second year staying at this property. We have been coming to Surf City in the fall for 4 years. Last year after staying here, everyone wanted to come back to this property (there were 9 of us). The location is great (2 minute walk to the beach). The facility has everything you could think of. The only thing I would stress is there is minimum paper goods, so bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The hosts are responsive and the place is very clean. It is a little further away from the stores and restaurants, but we like that.

Great Vacation Home

Loved the top floor and convenience to beach

The third floor has great living space, kitchen and porch. We all loved being up there together. When you had to go to kitchen to get a meal ready, you felt like you were still with the group. Plenty of seating for a crowd in living room and on porch. A short walk to a very nice beach. September visits are not crowded with folks. Low traffic, space at restaurants and beach. Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was comfortable and attractive, exactly as pictured. The weather didn’t cooperate but we were able to get on the beach for a few days. We also spent a lot of time on their covered porches which we loved. Very comfortable furniture and great views! The owner is very accessible and responds quickly. We hope to return next summer.

My husband, Ray and I purchased this property as an investment for our future retirement plans. We live just north of Boston, and are only able to come down a few times a year; twice in the off season, and with our whole family in August. This time to get together is especially meaningful to us now that our sons have moved to Texas. We know how important family time is to you too, and hope that you have a wonderful stay, and make lots of great memories.

We came down in 2016 on Thanksgiving weekend, looking for a home to buy and our poor realtor, Glynda, ended up showing us 10 houses in 2 days! This was the last house that we saw that weekend, and we fell in love. You just can't beat the set up for convenience, and the location is perfect. It's far enough from the center that you don't have the traffic and the noise, but still close enough to walk there (less than 2 miles) which is especially nice when walking the beach. The views from the deck, and sound of the waves while relaxing on either of the front decks are heavenly.

There are so many things that make our home unique, and keep our guests coming back year after year. We are always looking to improve our guests experience. I'm really excited that we are now offering complimentary turn down service included with our linen service. This means that when you arrive at our house, the beds will already be made for you with super comfortable sheets, and towels will be placed in the bathrooms. We also recently added a picnic table by the grill area, and a hammock that can easily be attached to the posts. Our extra large outdoor shower has a built in bench, as well as hooks for hanging your towels, and the shower has a removable wand making it easy to get all of that beach sand off. We keep a clothesline up for your towels as well. Many people, like me, treasure the sunrises and sunsets that are so spectacular at the beach. You can see both from our house! View the sunrise from the front decks, and the sunset from the back decks! You won't need to worry about splinters either, because all of our decks and outdoor stairs are made from composite decking materials and as an added safety feature, we have a latching gate on the first floor deck!
