The comfort of this fully renovated Clearwater Beach house will be beyond your expectations!

This 5 Bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 10 adults and 2 children and has beautiful tropical landscaping. Professionally decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home. Bedrooms are 1 king bed & 4 Queen Beds, all mattresses are brand new, custom-made for extra comfort.

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets surround this beach home. Walk barefoot in the soft white sands and swim in the warm gulf waters. After the beach, enjoy a private outside shower and relax on our second floor sun deck with a cocktail and watch the sunset.

If it's nightlife, shopping or dining your after, our home is a 10 minute walk to the wonderful shops, exciting nightlife, many restaurants and popular Pier 60.

Great place for family vacation.

The house was spacious and the heated pool was the best, the little kids played for hours. 2 minute walk to the beach. Stores were also close by.

Amazing Family Vacation Rental

We rented this home for our family of 4 plus Grandma & Grandpa and aunt and uncle. It was plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect with very easy access to the beach. Also walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. The home was very clean, updated and comfortable. We had the very best time and would love to return again!

Golf Week

The property was as expected from the pictures. Due to the cold weather we were not able to take advantage of the deck and pool, certainly not something that was due to the property. Managed to have a good time despite the weather.

Perfect for family vacation

This hole was perfect for our family vacation. We have a large group so when we can find a place that holds us all and is so close to beach it a gem. Walk to the beach was very short. Sunsets were amazing. The home and pool were great. It was very clean when we checked in. Host was wonderful at checking in- we had some internet connection issues but host assigned in getting us back online. Rooms were a decent size. We didn’t spend much time on the front porch- too hot but if the weather was cooler it would be have an excellent spot to relax. Beaches were beautiful and not crowded.

Older beach house in a great location

This rental is an older beach house, really only room for 8 adults and some small kids on the trundle bed. Two of the bedrooms are connected so that was an issue for our group. We had a plumbing issue which was addressed promptly. There were lots of mosquitoes in the yard ! The beach was delightful and we used the 4 boogie boards that were provided t was. kbedrooms

Highly recommend!

The house was everything we hoped for! The check in and out process was extremely easy and streamlined. The location in relation to the beach could not be beat. We also enjoyed easy access to the Jolley Trolley and everything Pier 60 had to offer. One con was that the air conditioning system couldn’t keep up with the extreme heat as the day wore on, but there were plenty of ceiling fans to help with air flow. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with this house and vacation experience!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for the stay of my family for the week. The layout of the home provides a feeling of one’s own space all the while being able to be together with the rest of the family. While the beach was conveniently located right across the street and made it easy to get out every day, The pool was a great option for the kids when the adults needed a break from the sun. This location was one of many that were rented between families that came out for this trip. For us, location and walking distance to everyone else was very important and we got that with this property. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

Great Location

Overall the location and amount of space that the 12 of us had was awesome! The location to the beach and the main strip of restaurants and shops is really perfect. Since the rental is in a residential area and further north than the hotels, the beach was never crowded and we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the property, especially with the new pool addition! Plenty of space for our family! Such EASY access to the beach! The property had everything we needed!! We would definitely recommend to friends! Very close to restaurants, shopping and parks.

We loved our stay here! You just cross the street to the beach walkway. With the pool/table/chairs out back, the covered front patio, and the rooftop deck there was always a nice place to relax.

Great house for a large group in a perfect location with a beautiful beach

This is our second time staying at this house the location is amazing as you have a beautiful beach that is not busy. However you are close to pier 60 and all the tourist things.. you can walk the beach and be there in 20 minutes or take the Jolly Trolly and be there in 5 minutes.. The house is perfect for a big group.. There was 10 of us 4 grand kids our daughter son their spouses me and my husband. The pool was great for the evenings .. We will be back

Recent visit to Eldorado Avenue in Clearwater

Overall, very good property although we had alot of trouble with the TV and getting cable, etc. TV in one of the bedrooms constantly "no signal". Also, in the kitchen, might I suggest a few more teaspoons and more coffee mugs. There were just enough mugs but always washing them. Only 4 teaspoons, plenty of big spoons though. I am considering the property for next year but would like to see TV improvement. Thanks!!

Our family booked this house for our spring break trip. The size of the house is great for multiple couples plus kids. The location is great and having the pool is an added bonus. We had a great week and would stay again!

Spring Training Get Away!

We had a wonderful week. Location of house was great for Phillies spring training games in Clearwater & Dunedin. Proximity to beach perfect! Interested in renting again next yr if available. In a few yrs, plan to look for a monthly rental (Feb) to “get out of PA!” and enjoy a month of warm weather & spring training games! Very happy with our week! Enjoyed the beach and the pool. Our group were ages 2-64 and EVERYONE had a great time! Thanks so much!

First annual family vacation

Where do I start ! The whole experience in Clearwater was a great one. This VRBO we chose made the magic happen. This house was inviting, had all the perks we wanted and they supplied it all. The location and the comfort for our family, three generations of 12 people ! Location location location ! We did it all. Thanks Bill for the opportunity to rent your place and Joanie his manager was ACE !! The comfort of having her at the end of a txt message and her prompt return of our txt’s. Was amazing ! Great for families

Our family vacationed together the week of Christmas/New Years and we loved the location. The house had plenty of room and my 3 year old grandson swam in the pool every day even though the weather was cool.

Clearwater Heaven

Bill (Owner) and Joanne (Property Manager) were very communicative! The place was perfect for our family from Illinois to get way and celebrate our daughters 21st birthday and graduation. The rooms were very spacious and the eight of us never felt crowded. The pool was a surprise as it was updated and very warm to take a dip in. Access to everything was within walking distance, so not much driving had to be done. The rooftop access was so amazing for sunrise and sunsets. I would highly recommend this vacation home as a VIP rental for any family looking to getaway in Clearwater!

Amazing Time

Had a fantastic time during our stay. We were in Florida to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from University of Tampa- was the perfect location for getting to and from the fairgrounds and the girls had a wonderful time exploring Clearwater Beach. There was plants of room for all 10 of us. The home was spotless and everything we needed was there. Would definitely stay here again, everyone was so helpful and easy to get in contact with. 5 stars all the way!

Location, location, location!

My three siblings and I took our 90-year-old mom for a week in Clearwater Beach and this house was perfect! On a quiet street about 100 feet from the path to a beautiful white sand beach, there is also a private backyard with a small pool. The property manager, Joanie, was very responsive to our questions. When I mentioned that there was no grab bar in the bathroom shower where my mom was staying, one arrived via Amazon the next day! The downtown area is just 1 mile from the house and the recreation center there has three Pickleball courts! Highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Property & Location

The first thing we noticed about this house was the large open concept with plenty of space for a family of 9 to move around. The next item was how close to the beach we were! Right across the street, a 2 minute walk. Close enough that the kids could walk on their own and be able to carry our items. The sunsets were a perfect ending to the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful vacation. The house had everything we could ask for and in a wonderful location. We enjoyed the outside patios and rooftop patio. The outside showers were also a great bonus after a long day on the beach. The neighborhood was beautiful and a short walk to downtown. The house was a few steps away from the crystal clear beach. The property owners were super accommodating and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. And it was. We can’t wait to go back.!!!

Our annual family vacation.

We all loved our stay. The house was clean, plenty of space for our family and so very close to the beach. The kids found quite a few sand dollars and we saw 4 or 5 HUGE manatees swim next to us in the Gulf. Great experience.
