Clean, quiet, peaceful, cozy, great location for Northland access directly off 435 and Skyview. Tiffany Springs shopping is a straight shot from this location. Barry Rd and Zona Rosa are minutes away. Grill and full size washer/dryer access were super convenient.

The house feels even more spacious than the pictures show. Four of us stayed here (3 adults, one child) and we didn’t feel like we were walking on top of one another. Everything you’d need is included - toaster, microwave, pots and pans, grill, washer dryer, fans for both bedrooms. Very nice accommodation in a beautiful area. We even saw deer one morning. Communication from property owner was excellent. I’d book this Vrbo again.

Great owner, unfortunate circumstances

Was looking for a small, 2 bedroom house for my son and I to use for a long weekend baseball tournament. House was immaculately clean and well stocked with all types of supplies. Living room was a bit awkward and uncomfortable for two guys to sit and watch tv as there was just one small love seat and couple arm chairs facing the wrong direction. Living room tv was very small and only 1 bedroom had a tv. Neither bedroom had air ducts running to them so things got a bit toasty at night if you had the door shut. Washing machine drain was plugged causing quite the surprise and quite the flood when we ran it, but the owner was extremely accommodating and allowed us to use another property she had with laundry facilities around the corner. Inconvenient, but not a disaster. Overall, clean place in a quiet neighborhood, with a great owner, but not sure I’d go back due to the location and lack of amenities.

The "Little Gem" is perfect!

We were in KC for a family vacation. This property was perfect! It is as cute, cozy, and clean as the pictures and description reflect. Well stocked (pots, pans, spices,erc) so you can cook in and eat on the back porch. Great location to many stores, restaurants, and activities within 10 to 30 minutes. Tammie quickly provided a variety of suggestions of activities and restaurants while making herself available for more options if interested. This may sound odd, but the shower had great water pressure and the shower head was mounted high. This is great for us because I have thick, long hair and often find a trickle of water at many rentals, and my son 6'5" and enjoyed not having to squat down. The simple things make a difference. Even though the house seemed close to the airport and not far off the highway, it was a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay and Tammie was a great host. We will stay here if we find ourselves in KC again, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Tammie!

Great Little Getaway

Cozy, clean, and comfortable. A great homebase if you're going into KC or a relaxing place to stay if your headed to or from the airport.

Convenient, Comfy and Clean!

We visited the area to attend a wedding in which my son was a groomsman. The location of the house was perfect for us - close to the airport, the wedding venue, and the town of Weston which we wanted to visit the following day. The house was spotless and comfortable for the four of us to sit and visit. Also close to plenty of restaurants and downtown. Wish we had better weather to enjoy the lovely deck and fire pit area out back! Very much recommend this home if you are visiting the area.

Beautiful Little Gem

My daughter and I stayed here after moving her out of KU dorm. We spent a couple of extra days in Kansas City to celebrate her first year. Home was incredibly comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view from the back porch was relaxing and peaceful. Being only 25 minutes or so from the city was perfect, and being close to grocery/Target was super convenient. We visited the Rabbit HOle in north KC, went to City Market and a Royals Game, and even to a movie (only 10 minutes away). Although only a few minutes from the airport, the plane noise wasn't bad. The road parallels the highway and feeds to the airport, but the noise from passing cars was not too bad, and louder at normal commute times. We loved our few days here and look forward to staying here again.

Excellent for attending a Chief game

Super convenient to the airport. Property was very clean with thoughtful touches throughout. Would definitely book again the next time we are in town.

Cozy & Clean!

My family of 4 stayed here for a weekend & it was perfect! It’s a cute, cozy, & clean home. When we first arrived, the heater wasn’t working but Tammie was quick to respond & had someone go to the property to fix it. The beds were comfortable & it was decorated beautifully. If we’re ever in town again we’d definitely go back.

As we renovated this property we tried to take into consideration the important components we look for when renting homes: convenience, comfort and privacy are important to us so we tried to provide it for our guests in this property also.

This home features extremely easy access to KCI and is 1/4 mile from the I-435 bypass that circles Kansas City. Access to anywhere you want to go in the Kansas City region is very easy.
