Welcome to our cozy tiny home that sits on 5 acres and is nestled in the heart of a serene woodland that backs up to a creek. This home is one of two tiny homes that sit on the property. This home offers everything you need including a kitchenette, a cozy loft bed and a beautiful back porch that overlooks a creek. This tiny house offers a peaceful retreat while being just a 25 minute drive to Downtown Columbia TN. We hope that your time here is filled with comfort and relaxation.

Every persons standards are different.

I like the idea behind the property. The positive: Internet worked fine, AC worked well, kitchen has necessary items needed to cook, it was quiet, and check in was easy. Not so positive: strong smell from the sealant used on the wood to the point of tasting the smell (sensitive people be aware). Short version, it generally wasn’t as clean as I like.These with a few other small details may not bother others but would have made the stay more pleasant for me.

Home wasn’t ready at check in time. When I came back hours later the code I was given didn’t work and the home was poorly cleaned. Lots of bugs and an inappropriate drawing on the bathroom mirror probably left from the previous guests. Which means the mirror wasn’t even cleaned by the cleaning crew.

Tiny House in the Woods

I found this Tiny house on VRBO close to the Davy Crockett State Park - our destination. Great price, close to town and quiet. Very clean, listing description was accurate but not detailed regarding the bed size. It's listed as "Sleeps 2". I was concerned about the size of the bed so I texted the host and her response was "queen sized bed". However, upon arrival the bed was a full-size. The parking area was muddy with overgrown weeds around the property. Having a concrete slab would help. If you're older and have to get up a lot in the night this place is not for you. Why? Because of the tight spaces beside the bed (box springs and mattress on the floor) and the maneuver of climbing down the ladder in the dark. The host was quick to respond to texts and the place was easy to find.
