Villa Seven Lakes - piscina climatizada, cine, tenis, jacuzzi,

Villa Seven Lakes está ubicada en el idílico interior de Dalmacia en una parcela de 3000 metros cuadrados. Completamente rodeado de naturaleza, montañas y lago, siempre tendrá una increíble vista del paisaje desde cualquier punto de la propiedad.

La casa principal de la propiedad tiene 6 dormitorios, 7 baños, 2 cocinas con comedores y una gran terraza de 80 m2 con jacuzzi para 6 personas.

En la parte baja de la casa, hay sauna, gimnasio y sala de juegos donde puede relajarse, entrenar o divertirse jugando billar, ping-pong, dardos o futbolín. Cada habitación de la casa tiene aire acondicionado y conexión wi-fi.

En el sótano de la casa hay una bodega donde mantenemos viñedos hechos del tipo especial de uvas que crecen solo en esta parte del mundo, como algunos deliciosos quesos 100% orgánicos, jamón, jamón. Por lo tanto, si tiene hambre o sed, y quiere probar algo realmente croata, le invitamos a probar comida y vid de la mejor calidad de nuestra área.

Fuera de la casa hay una piscina de 60 metros cuadrados, que también está climatizada, por lo que puede tener una buena temperatura del agua también en abril y mayo o en noviembre y octubre.
Para los niños hay parque infantil con casita y cama elástica.
Para los deportistas hay una cancha de tenis con equipo, que también puede jugar por la noche con reflectores o practicar otros deportes como fútbol, voleibol, bádminton. Cerca de la cancha de tenis hay una cancha de básquetbol y en otro sitio hay una cancha de Bocce.

Para el estacionamiento de automóviles, hay un garaje para 4 automóviles, donde también tenemos disponibles 6 bicicletas para nuestros huéspedes.

Cerca del garaje hay un jardín con tomates, pepinos y otras verduras que puedes usar por ti mismo.

Quizás la mejor parte de la propiedad es una casa pequeña con una gran mesa y sillas de madera, que también tiene una cocina profesional en el interior y una parrilla. Para que pueda disfrutar cocinando y preparando sus comidas con la mejor vista que pueda imaginar.

Si decide pasar 20 minutos, puede llegar a las playas más hermosas de la costa del Adriático o visitar las islas cercanas. La propiedad está perfectamente ubicada para visitas diarias a Split, Međugorje, Dubrovnik o al parque natural Krka. La ciudad de Imotski con los fenómenos naturales del lago Rojo y Azul está a solo 10 minutos de la villa.

Bienvenida con jamón, queso y bebida. Frutas y verduras de nuestro jardín son gratis todo el tiempo.

Place to be

Urliii-We were 12 young adults in total and were warmly welcomed by Vladimir. It was possible to check in early, because Vladimir and his team were ready early. Communication was impeccable, Vladimir took care of minor issues immediately and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa provides entertainment for every situation. On sunny days, we spent time in the pool or on the tennis court. When it was raining, we enjoyed the movie theater or the garage with various options such as air hockey or table tennis. It was perfect and we will be back! Thank you Vladimir!

Perfection!!

From our first communication with Vlad, our stay has been simply perfect. The villa is amazing. Everything has been thought about to provide guests with an amazing holiday. The pool, tennis court, hot tub, cinema room and games room have kept kids and adults fully occupied. The sunbeds are the comfiest we have ever had and plenty of them. The peace and tranquility of the surrounding area has been blissful with beaches only 30 mins drive but amazing lakes, rivers and walks on your doorstep. The area offers a huge diversity of things to do if you want to and the villa is an incredible place to relax, if you don’t. Our holiday has been simply perfect - I wouldn’t hesitate to return another year

Wow, stunning grand villa in beautiful countryside

Every single whim catered for, luxury fixtures and fittings in an incredible villa in stunning surroundings. All eleven of us, from a 7 year old to adults, found the facilities and space gave us plenty to do for a week. From the games room, cinema room, pool table, gym, outdoor kitchen, tennis, boules and pool, everything was well maintained and top end. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms and air con throughout. We couldn’t ask for more from a holiday rental.

Merveilleuse villa

Cette villa correspond exactement au descriptif. Dès l’arrivée, vous vous sentez super bien. L’espace, la vue, l’agencement, les activités … tout est parfait. L’ensemble est totalement conçu pour accueillir un grand groupe, notamment dans les équipements (vaisselle, plats, espaces, serviettes, salles de bain, toilettes…). Réellement, c’est superbe. Et pour clôturer, Vladimir est un homme charmant, bienveillant et attentionné. Ne pas hésiter !

The views from the Villa are breathtaking

We stayed as a family of ten to celebrate my belated 70th Birthday. The ages ranged from 13 years to 73 years. There was something for everyone to fill their time. Whether it be having fun in the beautiful swimming pool, playing tennis, boules, using the games room or watching a film in the amazing Cinema Room, I never once heard those dreaded words….’I’m bored’! The outdoor kitchen was used every evening and then we just sat around talking until it got dark. The panoramic views across the Valley were mesmerising and it was so peaceful I’m sure you could have heard a pin drop. Vladimir is such a lovely young man who was on hand to help whenever needed, whether it was arranging taxis to and from the airport, booking boat trips or arranging for someone to cook for us. He couldn’t have done more. We thought we were going to be out and about more than we were, but why go searching for Perfection when you have it on your doorstep. It’s a holiday we will long remember.

Overall impression of the Manager

Vladimir was very helpful, he bent over backwards to help us when our stay at the villa was scuppered by the UK government at the very last minute slapped quarantine punishment on all those returning from Croatia which made it impossible for us to take our holiday. We had to cancel last minute, but Vladimir very kindly offered to honour our payment and carry it over to next year, as if that wasn’t enough he went further to make sure we got the dates we wanted, otherwise it would’ve made it impossible for the whole family to there together. The holiday was special it was to celebrate my 75th birthday. Thank Vladimir especially as it was happening literally at the same time as your wife/partner was expecting your first son. Our congratulations!!!"

Family holiday

So this was a Christmas present to our 3 sons, their wives and partners and 3 grandsons. From what we had read about this villa we had high expectations and we were not disappointed. We didn't travel around the area as the villa had everything and more whether your sporty, want relaxation or whatever. Vladimir made us feel very welcome and even went out of his way to cook us a meal for our sons birthday treat. I can't rate this place highly enough and I would like to return, maybe next time with a group of friends. Thank you for a great week.

A wonderful villa.

We rented this villa as a family of 12.(6adults and 6 children) The facilities are amazing with something for everyone to do, regardless of age. Vladimir is a most attentive manager and a charming young man. We had a great time and hope to return next year.

Simply wondrous

The villa is amazing and has loads of things to do - a great pool, areas for socialising, an amazing tennis court, basketball, table tennis etc. Great for large groups and families. It’s situated in some beautiful scenery and great if you want to be away from a busy town, but close enough to have a short drive to shops/Makarska for an evening out. We will certainly look to stay at the villa again in the future if we can!

Amazing space and an incredible view

Just come home from our amazing week away in Croatia. I was away with 3 other families so there was a total of 16 (one under 2). There was so much space in the villa and both the children and adults all had a fantastic time. The villa is very well equipped and had everything we needed and more. We did most of our cooking outside using the bbq and enjoyed the lovely view. The children all had fun playing football / tennis / basketball and using the childrens play area and trampoline. Their highlight each day was an evening hottub party before bed. Vladimir was fantastic from first contact to the day we left and also dropped a bottle of bubbly off to celebrate my 40th Birthday and nothing was to much trouble. The shops are around 10 minutes away however you will not run out of drink due to the fully equipped cellar. The property was incredibly clean and obviously well looked after. We had a few trips out to the coast which is around 30 minutes away so a car is essential. In summary we all had a fantastic time and are looking forward to visiting Croatia and Vladimir again in the future. Thanks

Stunning villa in stunning setting

This villa is stunning. From the tennis court with everything you need to play many sports, to the games room, to the pool and the hot tub on the top floor, there is a lot to enjoy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were spent in the room next to the pool with great cooking facilities, fridges etc so you never need to go far from the pool and the view from the room is lovely. All of the rooms are smart and clean and the bathrooms have great modern showers. There is a gym and wine cellar downstairs - we used one of those!- altogether so many things to enjoy. The house is in a beautiful position at the top of a valley about an hour's drive from Split so a car is a good idea. But the roads are easy and very well maintained so driving is no problem. It is less than 30minutes drive to the nearest beaches and an easy drive so we visited a couple of times. I'd also recommend hiring out a boat for the day from Makarska and visiting the islands - a fabulous experience. The nearest shops and restaurants are a 15 minute drive down the valley in Imotski. Vladimir, the owner, was incredibly responsive both in the run up to the holiday and helping us organise a couple of things when we were there. Nothing was too much trouble and he was keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. Which we most definitely did.

Fantastic experience with friends at an amazing villa!!

We rented the villa between 7th-14th July 2018. We were all gobsmacked when we turned up to the villa. We all couldn’t believe how beautiful it was and the stunning views. The villa was very clean and you could tell a lot of money had been invested by Vlad and his company. We honestly had one of the best weeks staying at Seven Lakes and would recommend to anyone looking to go with a group between 10-12 persons. Vlad (owner) is a fantastic host and was really helpful throughout the week, checking we had everything we needed. We are certainly going to look at renting again with Vlad and highly recommend his villa.

Unbeschreiblich traumhafter Urlaub auf höchstem Niveau !!!

Wir waren in der Villa Seven Lakes im September mit insgesamt 10 Personen zu Gast. Wir hatten vorher schon viele Villen gemietet, aber diese hier übertrifft wirklich alles. Nicht nur das der Vermieter Vladi den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest, die Villa hat einfach alles um den perfekten Urlaub zu genießen. Highlight war bei uns die traumhafte Lage, die Grillhütte, die zahlreichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten die in der Villa angeboten werden und die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Der Vermieter organisiert auch Ausflüge und steht jederzeit mit Hilfe zur Seite wenn man mal ein Problemchen hat. Diesen Urlaub wird man so schnell nicht vergessen und er ist allemal sein Geld wert. Traumurlaub gewünscht ? Dann muss man diese Villa gesehen haben !

Extraordinary stay on astonishing location

We were looking for a modern villa which could offer a great view, was big enough for our whole family, but also offered comfort and recreation facilities for all ages (children, adolescents and adults). When we arrived at the villa, we were very pleased that the house fulfilled all of our requirements. The villa is in excellent shape and is located on a fantastic site with an astonishing view just outside the picturesque village of Lokvicici; it corresponds exactly to the description on the website. The villa has everything you need: outside you find a big pool, a tennis-/volleyballcourt (with light masts!!), a playground for children, a hot tub and a barbecuehouse. Indoors you have the possibility to play pool, darts and table tennis; also there is a fitnessroom and sauna. The villa was very clean and has a lot of space. The villa and surroundings(!) are equipped with good WiFi and the house has satellite-TV. Outside you can also find a vegetale garden of which you have permission to harvest. The owner is extraordinary; he is very friendly and helpfull. He helps you at anytime with whatever you need! Thanks to him we also discouvered a little bit of the great local cuisine and wine. We enjoyed our stay, there was so much we can do for the young and the less young! We definitely recommend this villa and for sure we will visit villa 7 Lakes again in this beautiful country!!

You will NEVER stay in a better place than this!!

Sometimes words are not enough. You must stay in this villa to understand and experience how amazing it is. Vlado's villa is totally unique, a personal family triumph of design, construction and devotion; we had a very special week there; we would actually say it was an honour to be able to rent it. For beauty, the location is exceptional - the views are simply stunning, and the quiet rural setting is so peaceful. For luxury, the furnishings & decoration are of the highest quality. For facilities, we have never seen such a wonderful array - especially the excellent artificial grass tennis court and the best-placed hot-tub in Croatia. For comfort, everything has been taken care of. For service & welcome, Vlado is an outstanding young man and someone we will enjoy staying in touch with. He looked after us with great warmth and dedication beyond the call of duty. Nothing was too much trouble and his attention to detail is extraordinary. Yes, of course a unique experience like this does not come cheap, but for us it was worth every penny/centime. Do not miss the opportunity of a lifetime - stay here! We are so glad we did.
