Dos Casas can be the answer to your fabulous Old Town Key West vacation. We've been renting to discerning travelers for over 15 years. Our guests come back over and over, finding the comfortable spaces, stocked with amenities and ideal location the perfect spot to enjoy all that Key West has to offer. Dos Casas is a unique four bedroom property ideal for groups, families and friends. The compound is in the heart of the most beautiful section of Old Town. This lovely 2-house set up is located just a few blocks from Duval Street, Mallory Square and the Seaport. Quiet at night, yet close to the action, this very special neighborhood showcases the best of Old Town Key West filled with Victorian mansions and historic homes. Each house has two bedrooms, a shared bath and kitchen facilities. The main house has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, full laundry, bath with shower, king bedroom with a walk-in closet and a queen bedroom with plenty of closet space and a desk, if you are working remotely. The charming cottage is perfect for up to four with a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds, both with plenty of closet space, a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink and microwave, as well as a bath with tub and shower. The spacious private deck area is totally fenced in with a private pool, secluded outdoor shower, covered dining area, lounges and comfortable teak chairs. Both houses have front porches with comfy seating -- perfect to enjoy a cocktail and watch the world go by.

I have been visiting Key West for over 20yrs and fell in love with Dos Casas after the first year of renting it some 12yrs ago. We outgrew our current format and were lucky enough to find a month during peak season that was open. The flexible two house format was perfect for our sized family. Everyone had their own space, the adult kids had their own house and the common areas are spacious enough for family hang outs but also plenty of areas for some peace and quiet.
When the previous owners decided to sell I jumped at the opportunity since we had been staying there for a month a year. We knew the house and treated it like it was our own. We absolutely love it. It's home and we know when you get there it will be home for you too.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Perfect walking distance to everything but tucked away from the noise if you prefer some peace. There are great cafes, bars, restaurants and a grocery store a short block and half away. The houses are situated on a one way street so island vehicle traffic is minimal. The porch is perched up high so perfect for people watching, reading, coffee or cocktailing. We get great sun on the porches as well is you like brown up. The library is a short walking distance away as well as the Duval Loop bus stop which is free and drops you off at half a dozen key spots around the island.

There are two separate houses with a fenced in deck & pool behind a lockable gate. There's an outdoor shower around the back of the main house with great water pressure, ideal of a quick rinse or a post beach reset. The layout is perfect for hosting friends, gathering for a family style meal or just lounging around. I love that flexibility of having a second house for guests, family or extra space to spread out. Everyone is together but not on top of each other.
Because the deck is centered between the two houses guests tend to treat the patio like a shared outdoor living room. It quickly becomes the spot where all the action happens. However, if you want to sneak away, the houses both have their own doors that open out to the front porches. It's the perfect combination of space and functionality in a great location...close to all the action of Duval and Old Town but tucked in on one of the greatest streets and best blocks.
