This is my 2nd time staying at Kris and Denny place! It is the crown jewel of locations with them being amazing host as well!

Small but mighty

We have stayed here several times now.Perfect for two .The space feels big because it’s open with high ceilings.Floor to ceiling windows with expansive views of the bay.Point Richmond is a hidden gem.

Relaxing with stunning views!

We absolutely loved our stay. We would come back in a heart beat! The home was amazing, exactly what we needed. The views were stunning, exactly as listed! It was quiet and relaxing, easily accessible (when we used the owners directions), and a great location for all we had planned!

Beautiful house, view & location!

We had an amazing time! We came out to SF to celebrate our 35th anniversary and couldn't be happier with our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and the views amazing. We also really liked the location that was convenient for sight seeing and the cute town of Point Richmond. Thanks so much for sharing!

Unique 3 bridge view...

Even though my husband and I have lived in the Bay Area we have never seen this exact view. Ever changing and spectacular views that we enjoyed day and night. Comfortable and well appointed apartment with total privacy. Our 3 weeks stay was memorable and we hope to return on future visits.

Weekend to remember

We came for three days of Dead & Co. The only thing that delivered more then the Dead, was our stay in PT Richmond! The views were better than advertised. Had breakfast overlooking the bay each morning. Kris and Denise thank you for your hospitality...We will be back!

Wonderful rental

We have stayed here twice and been very happy. Because we don’t need to drive much,Point Richmond is a good location. It is also a good location to get to anywhere in the bay and to beaches. Numerous good hiking trails a short distance away. Views from the rental are magnificent. Large private balcony overlooks the whole bay. The unit is not that big,but feels large enough for two due to high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.

Simply Wow!!

Not much to add to all that has been already said in previous reviews, pictures are one thing but living the views is something else... It is the perfect place to feel at home away from home (you wish it were). Kris and Denny were great hosts, always ready to help if needed but respectful of our intimacy.

Glorious San Francisco bay view apartment

We stayed 14 days at this wonderful apartment. The description is 100% accurate. It was hot during our stay and there was no air conditioning but we managed to keep comfortable with fans and open doors. Our hosts were very willing to help us if necessary. We got to see so many sites from this location. You cannot beat going to downtown SF on the Richmond Ferry. Thanks Kris and Denny

Beautiful Views!

My husband and I loved this rental. We stayed the week of July 4th and we were able to see firework shows from San Francisco on the beautiful balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can easily go to San Francisco from the Point Richmond and then hop on other Ferries in San Francisco. The guest house is about 2 miles from t Point Richmond Ferry. We had a great time. The next time I come to the area I would definitely stay again.

Fabulous

Just amazing views. Clean. Comfortable. Easy to get into town and surrounding areas. To avoid trafic, leave depart after 9am. Had everything you could need. We were worried about not having AC. The outside air is perfect and the blinds keep the heat out. Don't let this deter you.

Perfect Place to Stay Great Hosts and Amazing View!!

We absolutely loved this place!! It was very easy to get to and the hosts provided very great directions. There was a welcome basket full of goodies and the place was very neat and clean. The views of the 3 bridges was the highlight. I am from the Bay Area and have never seen more beautiful/ breathtaking views!! The hosts were very welcoming to my friends and family. Very comfortable retreat!! We didn't want to leave. We definitely will be back and hopefully next time we can watch a football game with the owner Kris!!

Nothing But Spectacular!!!!

From the moment I got out of the car, I was in love with Kris and Denny's place!!! Not only was it spotless, but as soon as I walked through the door I felt like I was at home. The view from their place is something that can be on a Screen saver because it's so serene. But what was the icing on top of the cake is both of them are amazing hosts. They even allowed us to use their binoculars to get a better experience while adoring the view!! This place get 10 stars out of five!!!!
