Perfect Location, Neighborhood, and House!

We traveled to SF for a conference in the Financial District. The parking at the house was very easy and the neighbor was super fun! We really enjoyed Richmond Point. It is a very charming area with several restaurants and shops. We ate at Little Louis’s Café, Jin Ye Chinese, and Kao Sarn Thai. All three places had amazing food and are less than 1/2 a mile from the house. We had breakfast at Little Louis Café. It was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. We wish we could have come back later for drinks. The house had great access to downtown SF, Muir Forest, and the Golden Gate area. It was only a 40-minute drive into the heart of downtown around 6:45am on Thursday. We parked our car at the Hyatt Regency, got breakfast, and I toured around downtown while my husband attended the conference. From the Hyatt, I was able to get on a trolley to visit Fisherman’s Warf, China Town, Ghiratdelli Square, union Square, Lombard Street and several other iconic sites. The best part was that it was less than 25 minutes to get back to the house at the end of the day. We could relax and watch the sailboats from the living room.

Small but mighty

We have stayed here several times now.Perfect for two .The space feels big because it’s open with high ceilings.Floor to ceiling windows with expansive views of the bay.Point Richmond is a hidden gem.

Glorious San Francisco bay view apartment

We stayed 14 days at this wonderful apartment. The description is 100% accurate. It was hot during our stay and there was no air conditioning but we managed to keep comfortable with fans and open doors. Our hosts were very willing to help us if necessary. We got to see so many sites from this location. You cannot beat going to downtown SF on the Richmond Ferry. Thanks Kris and Denny

Fabulous

Just amazing views. Clean. Comfortable. Easy to get into town and surrounding areas. To avoid trafic, leave depart after 9am. Had everything you could need. We were worried about not having AC. The outside air is perfect and the blinds keep the heat out. Don't let this deter you.

Nothing But Spectacular!!!!

From the moment I got out of the car, I was in love with Kris and Denny's place!!! Not only was it spotless, but as soon as I walked through the door I felt like I was at home. The view from their place is something that can be on a Screen saver because it's so serene. But what was the icing on top of the cake is both of them are amazing hosts. They even allowed us to use their binoculars to get a better experience while adoring the view!! This place get 10 stars out of five!!!!

A perfect getaway with a great view

We hadn't been to the Bay Area in twenty years and since it was our 25th anniversary, we decided to go back for a visit. It was lovely. The property was exactly as described. Amazing views of the city including three bridges, a wonderful space with a full kitchen, and a great deck. We even had a flock of wild turkeys on the road at sunset on our first night. We were close to everything, from the city where we spent a day to Sonoma for wine tasting. We even ventured to Big Sur. We were close to a grocery store, and several local wine bars. Denis and Kris were responsive. We weren't wanting for anything. I would definitely recommend this place and if we had the opportunity, we'd stay there again.

Beautiful Views!

My husband and I loved this rental. We stayed the week of July 4th and we were able to see firework shows from San Francisco on the beautiful balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can easily go to San Francisco from the Point Richmond and then hop on other Ferries in San Francisco. The guest house is about 2 miles from t Point Richmond Ferry. We had a great time. The next time I come to the area I would definitely stay again.

Weekend to remember

We came for three days of Dead & Co. The only thing that delivered more then the Dead, was our stay in PT Richmond! The views were better than advertised. Had breakfast overlooking the bay each morning. Kris and Denise thank you for your hospitality...We will be back!

Wonderful rental

We have stayed here twice and been very happy. Because we don’t need to drive much,Point Richmond is a good location. It is also a good location to get to anywhere in the bay and to beaches. Numerous good hiking trails a short distance away. Views from the rental are magnificent. Large private balcony overlooks the whole bay. The unit is not that big,but feels large enough for two due to high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.

San Fran getaway

The property was everything we had hoped and more. We never met Denis & Kris in person, but the check in and out was easy. The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of blankets to keep us warm. Amazing Views

Amazing views, easy check-in, enjoyed some local spots for food and drink. Great home base for day trips to Napa/Sonoma and San Fran. Would definitely stay again.

Great Property and Location

This property was a great find. It has beautiful views of the bay, Golden Gate Bridge, and the San Francisco skyline. Richmond is a nice, quaint neighborhood that is centrally located between San Francisco and Napa/Sonoma. The hosts were very pleasant to work with and accommodating. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay.
