Beautiful 1-Bedroom Suite, Restaurant, Pool & Beach Access
This wonderful bright, spacious 1-bed suite is situated in the grounds of the Nonsuch Bay gated community on the east coast of Antigua, nestled in one of the many inlets found in the reef protected bay.
The suite is within walking distance of the resort private beach, Breeze restaurant pool & cocktail bar (see photos!), and also enjoys access to the community private pools.
This beautiful suite enables guests to relax in their own private space, while also taking advantage of the facilities.
• Lovely spacious 1-bedroom apartment suite / condo on 1 level
• On-street parking outside the property
• Strong Wifi internet
• A/c and fans throughout
- Access to the Resort private pool and beach
• Access to Breeze restaurant, pool and cocktail bar (with live music on occasions and weekends)
- Boat trips can be arranged to Green Island's Reef restaurant (10 mins by boat from the dock)

• Large modern fully equipped kitchen
• Utility room with laundry facilities
• Dining area for 4 people
• Covered outdoor dining area on terrace
• Double Bedroom with built-in double wardrobes and terrace access
