Step into Stonehurst, a beautifully designed two-bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor of a three-story townhouse in the heart of Bedford-Stuyvesant. This thoughtfully appointed residence features a private backyard with outdoor seating, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The bright and airy living space opens directly to the yard, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts top-tier appliances, perfect for those who enjoy home cooking. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and street-facing windows, while the guest bedroom includes a double air mattress and French doors with curtains for added privacy.
Located just steps from the Bedford-Nostrand G train and surrounded by a vibrant selection of cafes, restaurants, and shops, this home provides both convenience and charm—an ideal base for exploring the best of Brooklyn.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

The Neighborhood:
Bed–Stuy is a neighborhood in the northern section of the New York City borough of Brooklyn. Bedford–Stuyvesant is bordered by Flushing Avenue to the north, Classon Avenue to the west, Broadway to the east, and Atlantic Avenue to the south). The main shopping street, Fulton Street, runs east–west the length of the neighborhood and intersects high-traffic north–south streets including Bedford Avenue, Nostrand Avenue, and Stuyvesant Avenue.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
