Aspectos negativos: Comunicación, ubicación y precisión del anuncio
DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. We booked for 11 nights and stayed only one night. The description is not accurate. Distances on the listing are completely wrong. You cannot walk to the beach or any bars and restaurants, this is all at least a 10 minute drive away. The ‘old’ path to the beach is not accessible due to new properties being built and metal gate has been put up blocking the path. Owner is aware but didn’t let us know prior to our stay. Mosquitoes are rife here and the insect screens are ineffective. The aircon cannot be left on when you are outside the locked property as owner has welded the token needed to activate the aircon to the key. When the aircon is on it’s very poor and hardly works. This property is not equipped for 5 people-only 3 mugs, plates and sets of cutlery. Kitchen is nowhere near fully equipped-eg 2 blunt knives-no scissors, no chopping board etc. The whole place is very tired and dated-Toilet seat was broken. You would be better off in a tent, or staying home! We decided we would be unable to stay after 1 night. Owner refused to acknowledge any fault and flatly refused to issue any refund. Appalling in every way.
