This charming home features two inviting bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together. Each bedroom offers generous closet space, dressers, and windows overlooking the peaceful garden and courtyard!

The first floor living area is bright and cozy, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Enjoy cable TV, Wi Fi, and a comfortable dining nook, along with a convenient powder room on this level. The fully stocked kitchen includes full size appliances, cookware, china, and flatware, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

Step outside to your private courtyard garden, a tranquil oasis with a soothing fountain, manicured boxwoods, and softly lit crepe myrtle trees. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink. There are cushions for the outdoor chairs in a basket in the living room. Please be sure to return to basket after use.

Located within easy walking distance of shops, galleries, restaurants, and nightlife, the Carriage House offers both charm and convenience. Off street parking is included for 1 car, making your stay even more effortless. We look forward to welcoming you to this lovely home away from home!

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
