Inside, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each on its own level of the home and featuring its own private en-suite bathroom and private deck. The perfect layout for privacy and comfort. Each level of the home also has its own thermostat. The oversized primary suite encompasses the entire upper floor with a large spa-like bathroom and private porch for morning coffee while admiring the sun rising over the Blue Ridge Mountains. The additional two bedrooms are furnished with cozy queen beds, ensuring restful nights for all guests. Extra-wide sliding glass doors maximize the stunning views, bringing the beauty of the mountains indoors.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a gas range, and all utensils needed to prepare a delicious meal for the family. Please read before booking:
All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
The gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Sunday: 8am - 2pm

Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice:
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

- There is level, paved parking for up to 4-5 small/medium vehicles.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
