The Space:

Our gorgeous cabin is custom built and located on 5 beautiful acres providing spectacular mountain views and lots of space for outdoor activities, for friends, family, and your furry companions alike! The entire property is set up with your comfort and relaxation in mind. The warm caramel wood tone and its patterns are truly enchanting, making you feel like you are staying in the cozy heart of a mountain forest. Experience an upscale version of the unique flair Flagstaff is known for!



Accessing the property you will find yourself in our spectacular living room with an open concept kitchen and dining area. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate our fully equipped kitchen with brand appliances. Enjoy our gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and wine cooler, just to name a few amenities, allowing you to enjoy homecooked meals during your stay. One of the many highlights this property has to offer is without a doubt our spacious living room with a huge, comfy sectional sofa, separate reading nook, and Smart HDTV. Log into your own streaming accounts and catch up on your favorite show! Our TVs come with lots of pre-installed apps for ease of access.



Our lovingly decorated home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 floors.

The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with all new Tuft and Needle mattresses, comfortable linens, and Smart HDTVs. The master bedroom is located upstairs and comes with a king-sized bed as well as a newly added en suite bathroom. It was professionally designed and styled with modern fixtures and accents. We also have one of our guest bathrooms located on the upper floor. It comes with a toilet, sink, and a jetted tub! Soak and relax to your heart's content! The remaining bedrooms are located on the main floor. One of which comes with another king-sized bed, while the other has been set up with younger members of your group in mind, featuring 2 bunk beds with a total of 4 single-sized beds. The second guest bathroom is also located on the main floor, close to the bedrooms.



One of our favorite spaces to spend time in is without a doubt our second living room area, in our loft on the top floor. Here we have another comfortable couch as well as a dedicated workspace perfect for homework, office work, or the planning for your next adventure! Enjoy our high-speed WIFI at no additional cost.



Outside you will be met with a stunning wrap-around deck, with a sitting area on the front of the home, an outdoor dining table and grill to the side of the home, brand new patio furniture, a propane fire pit, and an egg chair swing on the back of the home. Sit back with your favorite drink, or enjoy your coffee while enjoying the beautiful mountain views! You might spot some lovely surprise visits by deer if you are lucky, too! Just off the deck, you'll find a giant 8 person luxurious hot tub for you to unwind and enjoy. A short hike down to the hill and you'll be able to hear the peaceful sound of the Rio de Flagstaff creek running through the property.

Guest Access:

Guests can park conveniently off the street on the driveway. You’ll have your own private entrance for easy and secure access to the home. Please note that there is no garage available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled just northeast of downtown Flagstaff, Doney Park offers a peaceful, wide-open landscape with some of the most breathtaking views of the San Francisco Peaks. Known for its larger lots and country feel, the area is dotted with tall pines, open meadows, and star-filled night skies. Guests love the quiet atmosphere while still being only about 15 minutes from downtown dining, breweries, and shopping.



Outdoor enthusiasts will find endless adventures nearby—Coconino National Forest trails, Sunset Crater Volcano, and Wupatki National Monument are just a short drive away. With easy access to Highway 89, Doney Park is also a convenient jumping-off point for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, or Lake Powell.



If you’re looking for a serene mountain escape with big-sky views and plenty of space to breathe, Doney Park is the perfect place to call home during your Flagstaff stay.



Getting Around:

The best way to explore Flagstaff and the surrounding Northern Arizona attractions is by car. While Flagstaff does have public transit and ride-share options, many of the area’s highlights—such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl, Walnut Canyon, and countless hiking trails—are easiest to reach when you have your own vehicle. A car allows you to enjoy the flexibility of mountain drives, day trips, and exploring at your own pace. Streets are easy to navigate, and most destinations offer convenient parking. We do recommend a car with 4WD/AWD during extreme winter conditions.



Interaction with Guests:

We’re happy to give our guests space but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily through the Airbnb app or by phone call between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Outside of those hours, we’ll respond as soon as possible the following morning.
