Guest access
For guests arriving by car, parking is accessible through the rear entrance of the condominium. Please make sure your vehicle is registered; if there are any issues, contact us immediately. We recommend parking near the Design block, where you will be staying, in any available single spot on the main or underground floor.

For those using a ride-hailing app, taxi, or public transportation, the entrance is through the Design block gate. Use the intercom for identification via remote concierge service, as there are no physical doormen. It is essential to provide your full name and ID for pre-registration to ensure a smooth arrival. If there is any issue at the entrance, ask the remote concierge to contact us.

The apartment is conveniently located in front of the main social elevator.

The leisure area can also be used by our guests, including the pool, spa, gym, massage room, Pilates room, cinema, home office, Bar Maracanã with a big screen to watch football matches, games room, kids’ space, art room, and music room.
