I stayed for two months.This cozy 1 bedroom apartment was near Garfield Heights, which is known for its charming bungalows. And close to shopping/dining districts as well as the center of town and Colorado Boulevard. The unit was cozy — living room and table for two dining area all combined. But it was immaculate and a nice basket of goodies was there on my arrival. The kitchen was also immaculate and well appointed with a coffee maker and toaster, and also had a good assortment of pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and plates, utensils. But there were no placemats or dish towels or scissors, so I bought my own.My only real quibble was with the heating system. During my two-month stay, the temperatures were in the high 30s and low 40s at night. There was only one HVAC unit in the apartment and it was in the bedroom. So the kitchen and living room/dining room and bathroom would get quite cold. The ceiling fan in the bedroom helped push some heat into the other rooms.
