This home comfortably accommodates groups with three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. And a convenient laundry space tucked away, in the kitchen.

The primary suite features two luxurious queen beds, a large flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and a private ensuite bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers a serene king-size retreat with a flat-screen TV, providing the ultimate space to unwind.

The third bedroom is fun and functional with a bunk setup for sleepover fun! Two twin beds and two double beds, plus a flat-screen TV, making it perfect for kids or extra guests.

A second full bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway, includes a walk-in shower, spacious vanity, and modern design for added comfort.

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked hospitality closet which contains our cleaning and restocking supplies. Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee.

We offer both street and private driveway parking in the back of our home; all parking is free.

To access the driveway and parking area behind the home, please proceed down the alleyway from either E 22nd St or Mason St, depending on your direction of travel.

To get around, a car is recommended, but there is bus transit available here, as well as ride-sharing services, such as Uber and Lyft. You can also bicycle around town.

No parties, events, or gatherings allowed—violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Please ensure your guest count is accurate and let us know of any changes.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We do not allow pets. This is non-negotiable.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our no-pet policy.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
