This condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests and 1 baby.

Master Bedroom 1 + Bath: This spacious room features a king-size bed with a hybrid mattress, ensuring a restful night’s sleep with the added touch of aromatherapy. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large TV, and unwind in the ensuite bathroom, which includes a bathtub shower, sink area, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: This room is highlighted by a king-sized bed at its center, offering a restful atmosphere with aromatherapy and a TV for your enjoyment.

Bedroom 3: The kids` room is equipped with a bunk bed and a crib, and is accessible by walking through the king/master bedroom. Although there is a door separating the two rooms, you`ll need to pass through the king bedroom to reach the kids` room. With kids of our own, we know how to design a kid friendly space. The room also includes black out shades, a baby monitor, sound machine, and play areas for the kids to enjoy!

Bathrooms: Each guest is provided with 1 Turkish cotton shower towel, 1 black face towel, and a hand towel per bathroom. For stays exceeding 5 days, extra towels will be supplied. Additionally, you`ll find a hairdryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience.

Living Room: Our chic and inviting living room offers a cozy yet luxurious space, complete with a 43` ROKU TV, where you can log into your favorite TV apps using your personal credentials.

Work Space: A work desk setup in the living room includes multiple charger plugs and high-speed WiFi.

Kitchen & Dining: The dining table, seating 6, is situated just outside the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking and dining, including basic ingredients like salt, pepper, and olive oil. For added convenience, a dishwasher is available. Enjoy coffee with your choice of a single K-cup or a pot.

Pool & Hot Tub: You`ll have access to the condo’s shared pool from 7 AM to 10 PM. Children 16 and under should be supervised.

Washer/Dryer: Available for use at any point during your stay. It is located in the kids room so you may want to plan wisely - or use it as white noise ;) Detergent and other cleaning materials are provided.

You will have access to everything in the home. There will be one locked closet and we ask you to leave it this way. Thank you!

We are available to guests via Airbnb messenger. Our response time is usually within 5-10 minutes. For urgent emergencies, use the phone number in the guest manual.

This neighborhood was the first we ever moved to in Arizona, and we absolutely love it. Located right off the Arizona Canal, it’s perfect for a morning run, walk, or bike ride. You’ll be within walking distance to restaurants and drug stores, and just a 2-minute drive to grocery stores and even more dining options.

The airport is just 15 minutes away. While you can walk to some nearby spots, having a car is recommended, though Uber is also easily accessible. We provide one designated covered parking space for guests, and any additional vehicles can be parked in unmarked spaces.

Our complex is quiet with many full-time residents. We ask that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors.

Please note: We love pets, but to ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests, this property is pet-free. If you’re looking to bring your pet on your trip, please reach out as we may have an alternative pet friendly option available. Thank you for understanding!

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking or vaping (including marijuana and tobacco) are NOT allowed inside or on the patio. A $500 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
No parties inside or outside the property since this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise must be minimal after 9:00 PM - 7AM. Violating this will result in the termination of your reservation.

★ REPORT DAMAGES ★
If anything breaks, notify us immediately through the app with a photo. Failure to report damages will result in a $150 fine plus repair costs.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

Refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.

- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and on the patio.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Please note that mail delivery (including Amazon packages) is not possible at this property due to locked mailboxes. We kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for any deliveries during your stay.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
