Steve was very accessible. He provided the towels and kitchen utensils we asked for. I think he should inform his guests that his driveway is very long, narrow, and steep. Some people would probably prefer to drive up there in a four wheel drive. There is a fantastic view from the house!

The house was beautiful and super cozy for our large group. We really enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Kitchen was very well stocked. The only thing I would have liked to have more of is a few cozy blankets in the family room and bedrooms. Other than that, wonderful place!!

Extended family of 13 stayed for over Labor Day weekend and we had a wonderful time. The views are STUNNING and with two levels of wrap around porches you almost feel as though you’re in a treehouse Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and one lovely rainbow, wildlife sightings daily, and total peace and serenity. Comfy beds, plenty of seating for large groups. We spent most of our time in the cabin together, but Pipestem State Park is just down the road and the cabin is only about 20 minutes to Princeton, WV

Love this place

Plenty of rooms and baths and the porch and location is great. This is actually our second time staying here. The owner lived next door and is amazing and very quick to respond if you need him. He also stays on top of making sure the drive is safe with the snow.

Mountain Ski Trip

Stayed here with some friends for a weekend getaway in the mountains. The views did not disappoint, and the place was the right size for a group of 14. Would definitely recommend

The house was large with plenty of room for all of us (8 adults and 5 kids). There was plenty of kitchen ware for the cooking and eating. Overall it was adequately clean but, it could use a good deep clean, some repairs and some paint.

Wonderful Views

The views from the property were incredible. Stephen was great showing us around and helping with the WiFi. Plenty of room to relax and spread out, as well as gather together. This place is perfect for large groups, who enjoy an out of the way location with spectacular views.

Overall awesome place to stay!!! Grand view of the town below and surrounding mountains. Plenty of room in this house for big groups. Road in is a little tricky but manageable. We had a great time and manager is excellent to work with, any problems and is is right there to manage them. If we are ever back this way this is the place we'll stay!!!

We appreciated our vacation stay at this location! Beautiful view and 8-10 areas of where we could see fireworks over the fourth!Good communication and quick response by the owner to our needs. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, and trash bags! Clean bathrooms, showers, and tubs.Clean overall, but floors needed mopped. Our 10 mo old grandchild crawled all over the main floor, kitchen, and living area. His knees, feet, and hands were black. Again, not noticeable to the bare eye, but definitely dirty. The rest of us just kept our shoes on! The downstairs has 5 bedrooms and a large central space! We would have loved to have 2 sleeper sofas, and/or pool table or ping pong table in that downstairs area !Thanks for a nice stay! Could we come back in 2027?

There is 2000 sq ft of deck space outside... we do not mop that part, it is outside... I walked barefoot for 1 hour through the house after my cleaning crew mopped ... no black feet... I'll walk through the house again barefoot to make sure... The rent is $295 - $395 for 4500 sq ft. 7 bedrooms - 5 full baths on a mountaintop with a 360 degree view... If you want extra entertainment, rent the home that is $1200 a night... we are all about the mountaintop view... Sorry your 2 year old has black feet.

Spacious Family Cabin!!

This cabin was so spacious and had amazing views of the area. The rooms were spacious but basic. The living area was the highlight with a giant dinner table, and two seating areas for the whole family to hangout. Kitchen was well stocked, and the cabin had a few puzzles/books/games for us to use. My only negative was the STEEP and long winding driveway up to the property.
