Great house and amazing location, very close to zoo and sea world. Sunset on one side and sunset on the other. Kids had bunkbeds with their own bathroom, adults 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen equipment with everything needed even a waffle maker. Would def stay here again if we come back to san diego

Excellent property

The property was very clean and up to date. And the location is within walking distance of two beaches which was perfect for us. The owners were very responsive. Be sure to follow the owners instructions to get to the property. The roads are like alleys…very small and tight and hard to find at night. But their directions work better than GPS. Also the garage is tight so be very cautious of what kind of car you rent or plan to park off property.

Great place to stay in Mission Beach!

This place was perfect for our family vacation with 2 families (4 little ones). The kids loved the bunk beds and the overall property was clean, stocked with what we needed, and well taken care of. The host was attentive to requests and very polite.

Beautiful House, Great Location

The property is great, very clean, beautifully decorated. The layout worked great for us -- baby in the ground floor bedroom, my wife and I on the second floor, kids on the top floor. It does mean a bunch of stairs though so keep that in mind if anyone in your group might have a challenge with that.Only word of caution is that the garage it small. My F150 wouldn't fully fit, even angled as sharply as possible. Just something to be aware of as parking in that area is extremely challenging.

Good for families

We had a great time at here. There was plenty of room for our family of 8! We especially loved the 3 bathrooms, one on each floor. The beds were pretty comfortable also. A nice sized sectional couch with big ottomans made it very comfortable and they have nice big dining table that fit us all easily. Also I will say that even though the property doesn’t provide beach equipment, previous tenants have left behind lots of stuff that you can use. There were 4-5 beach chairs, 4-5 umbrellas, a pop up canopy, a beach wagon, and some beach toys! The WiFi wasn’t very strong but we didn’t mind too much because we were at the beach or out at shops and dining most of the time. Overall we had a fantastic stay at Seagirt Corner!

Lovely Beach/Bay Home

My family of six enjoyed staying in this lovely home so close to the beach and bay. It had a pleasant, casual, coastal vibe with a super comfy couch and beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the patio had a BBQ for grilling our yummy steak. The house is in the perfect location just a short walk to a kayak, paddle board, boat rental area for a fun time on the bay. Or grab some boogie boards from the garage and head the other way to the beach. Also, there are many restaurants and stores nearby. We had one issue during our stay. Communication via text with Vacasa was super easy. I would definitely rent this place again.

Started off rocky…

Our stay started off rocky. When we arrived we found that none of the bedrooms had the bed linens made. All lines were piled on top of the beds and soiled. There were belongings from the previous guest left behind throughout the home. Bathrooms were dirty around the toilets, sinks , and mirrors. After we did a walk through I immediately called the management company. After pictures were sent, They offered to reimburse me to book a hotel nearby as well as the cleaning fee. Being that it was very late In the evening, my friends and I washed the linens and stayed in the home. A cleaning service arrived early the next morning while we were out and cleaned the house. After the first night we had no issues. The house is located equal distance from Pacific beach and the bay. It’s a great location for families or groups. Having the coffee shop directly next door was very convenient. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Excellent Location

The best part to this place is the location. Great access to Mission Bay and great access to the Ocean. The place is well maintained and clean. Instructions were great. We had a small hiccup with an active repair when we arrived, but the maintenance crew was in and out quickly and very professional. Administratively they were responsive and kind. We’d stay here again for sure!

Great house near the beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was a very quiet area and only a block from the beach. We would stay there again. The kitchen was great and had all the essentials needed to cook all meals. The garage was small for being a two-car but all garages are small in this area. We were able to park a minivan in the garage but at a slant. The living room couch was a nice size that six of us could watch a movie comfortably on in the evenings. Lots of windows for a nice cool breeze. It was a great vacation home for a family.

We had a great stay! We had an awesome time and loved the house and fantastic location. So easy to grab coffee and walk along the beach. The house was clean and the beds were super comfy. The only small issues were that the lock was kind of finicky at times, and checkout at 10 is pretty early! Overall, we loved the accommodations and would recommend.
