From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with this villa. This was exactly what I wanted. Wake up, look outside and see the ocean , the swaying palm trees, the view breathtaking. Very peaceful surroundings. Walk to beach was maybe 15 minutes to Napili bay, but worth it. Our family picture will be cherishe

First Unit

Fabulous ocean views from every room in this 1750 sq. ft. luxury townhouse condominium. Complete makeover of this Oceanfront Kapalua Bay Villa was completed in May 2006. The upstairs master suite has a 60" Flat Panel high-definition TV and jacuzzi tub. The living room also has a built-in plasma TV. The condo has central air conditioning and free wireless high-speed internet. No expense was spared with furnishings. You are steps away from tennis courts, pool and 2 beaches. Bedding is 1 King, 2 Queens, and 1 Queen sleeper sofa.

Second Unit

Experience oceanfront bliss at this beautiful Kapalua Bay Villa! This one-bedroom, two-bath townhouse-style villa offers gorgeous views of Maui’s shoreline and Oneloa Bay. Tastefully updated with custom cabinetry and granite counters, it features stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a washer/dryer. The master suite upstairs boasts sweeping ocean views and a California King mattress. Downstairs, you’ll find tiled flooring, a new custom-built Queen Murphy bed and a 50 inch smart TV. This spacious bridge-level condominium is just steps away from Oneloa Bay beach and an easy 3–5 minute walk to Kapalua Bay.

Amenities include central air conditioning, wireless high-speed internet, a brand-new 50-inch OLED Smart TV in the living room, and a high-definition LCD TV in the bedroom. Plus, enjoy free unlimited calling to the US and Canada. Bedding is 1 Cal King, 1 Queen Murphy bed. 1229 sq ft unit with one lanai.

* Please note that as of September 1, 2025, Kapalua Resort's two golf courses in Maui will close for at least 60 days due to drought and irrigation restrictions. The closure aims to restore the severely stressed turf, particularly on the Plantation Course, home to the PGA Tour's Sentry Tournament. Water restrictions were recently eased, but the prior total cutoff caused significant damage. The resort's management is working to ensure the courses are playable for the Sentry Tournament in January 2026. **
