It is a large and very comfortable house. Surrounded by large windows and a great luminosity that invites tranquility.
The 2 bedrooms are on the second floor, large and bright, each has a nice full bathroom and its own terrace.
Located in a quiet family condominium, which has 24-hour security. For this reason, parties and social events are not allowed.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxed stay since we have equipped it with everything necessary for our own vacation.
It has all the utensils and appliances you need, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove and oven, blender, granite countertop and grinder.
In addition to a clothes dryer and washing machine, you will find the appropriate and organic detergent and fabric softener.
We have Wi-Fi connection throughout the house and a large television screen with Netflix and Amazon Premium.
A private pool and a cozy terrace invite you to enjoy a delicious barbecue and contemplate the impressive view of the city. The entire space is exclusively for the use of our guests, the terrace, the pool, the garden and the parking lot included.
On the upper stairs we have a fence to take care of the little ones. There is also a protection for the pool that can be placed at the request of our visitors. The water heater for the pool can be operated for an extra cost of $25 dollars per day.
A supermarket with high quality products, a dry cleaner and a pharmacy, as well as a cafeteria/restaurant are located within a 5-minute walk.

This house was built on a family farm that until very recently was a large coffee plantation. We are surrounded by uncles, cousins and friends and we have shared a history for more than 100 years. The house is a space full of natural light, silence and tranquility, created for our family vacations.
We recommend it for couples, families with small children or to enjoy great tranquility in solitude. Ideal for long stays.
We've had great experiences hosting and also consistently received 5-star reviews on other platforms like Homeexchange and Airbnb.
