Amazing outdoor activities...a block from the San Gabriel River trail leading to San Gabriel Park, Blue Hole, and Lake Georgetown. When you're home, full kitchen, backyard for lounging, comfy furniture, and space for remote work. Whether work or play, this cozy & modern retreat is the perfect home base!
The Space:
Step into this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath home where we thoughtfully designed the space to deliver everything you need for a clean & comfortable 5-Star-Stay! . The open living area is perfect for relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a Keurig coffee maker with pods. The master bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom also has a king bed. Enjoy free WiFi, HVAC, a washer/dryer with detergent, and a dishwasher. Just steps from Georgetown Square, this home is the perfect retreat!

This charming home is located just steps away from the historic Georgetown Square, where you'll find a vibrant mix of local shops, cafes, and award-winning restaurants. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the scenic downtown area, explore unique boutiques, or grab a coffee from one of the cozy spots nearby.
Outdoors:
Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to Blue Hole Park, a picturesque lagoon perfect for picnicking, swimming, and hiking. San Gabriel Park and the Georgetown hike-and-bike trails are also just minutes away, offering plenty of outdoor activities.
Location:
Aside from being in the heart of Historic Downtown Georgetown, there's easy access to I-35, making it simple to explore Austin and the surrounding Hill Country. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, you'll love the blend of small-town charm and modern convenience that Georgetown has to offer.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended but some of our guests Uber and walk everywhere they need to go. Depending on what your plans are you may or may not need a car.
From Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS):
1. Head west on Hotel Dr toward Spirit of Texas Dr.
2. Turn right onto Spirit of Texas Dr and continue for about 1.5 miles.
3. Merge onto TX-71 W toward US-183 N.
4. Take the exit for US-183 N and continue onto TX-130 N (Toll road) toward Georgetown.
5. Merge onto I-35 N toward Waco and continue for approximately 20 miles.
6. Take Exit 261 for TX-29 toward Georgetown.
7. Turn right onto TX-29 E/W University Ave.
8. Continue straight, then turn left onto S Austin Ave.
9. Turn right onto E 3rd St.
10. The destination, **301 E 3rd St Unit A**, will be on your left.
From Downtown Austin:
1. Take I-35 N from downtown Austin.
2. Follow I-35 N for approximately 25 miles.
3. Take Exit 261 for TX-29 toward Georgetown.
4. Turn right onto TX-29 E/W University Ave.
5. Continue on TX-29, then turn left onto S Austin Ave.
6. Turn right onto E 3rd St.
7. The destination will be on your left.
From Dallas/Fort Worth:
1. Take I-35 S toward Austin.
2. Continue for about 170 miles.
3. Take Exit 261 for TX-29 toward Georgetown.
4. Turn left onto TX-29 E/W University Ave.
5. Turn left onto S Austin Ave.
6. Turn right onto E 3rd St.
7. Your destination will be on the left.
