Mountain Hut in the heart of the Ski Circus Saalbach-Hinterglemm Ski-in/Ski-out

The rustic Bachalm 1802 is located in the heart of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm Skicircus. Here you can relax in front of the open fireplace, breathe in the fresh mountain air in the outdoor bathtubs on your own terrace or get your circulation going again in the wood-burning panoramic pine wood sauna. With satellite TV, underfloor heating and a fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, your alpine hut holiday will be more pleasant than ever. Even more time to concentrate on nature, family and friends.

The Bachalm, built in 1802, was used as a traditional alpine hut until 1982. Cows, sheep and goats spent the summer months there. The exclusive alpine hut was renovated with great attention to detail in 2004 and 2022. Today it impresses with authentic furniture and modern amenities. This makes this rustic holiday accommodation just right for all nature lovers and cabin holiday fans. Even today you can still feel the spirit of the original use of the Alpine pasture and, despite the dishwasher and satellite TV, you feel like you have gone back a few decades.

The clocks seem to tick a little slower in these mystical rooms of the Bachalm 1802, and you suddenly realize again what's really important in life. In complete peace and seclusion in the exclusive mountain hut you will find three double rooms and a four-bed room with a bunk bed (all rooms with shower and toilet) in a traditional Alpine style.

IMPORTANT

Arrival in summer:
Registration at Bachgut Resort.
In summer the alpine hut can be reached by four-wheel drive car.
If you do not have a four-wheel drive vehicle, we will be happy to take you to your accommodation free of charge with our shuttle.

Arrival in winter:
You can park your car for free in the valley, right next to the Reiterkogelbahn. You can then load your luggage into the gondola and our staff will wait for you at the mountain station and bring your luggage to your accommodation.

In winter, the hut can only be reached by gondola and skis/touring skis or by transfer with an over-snow vehicle.

Luggage transport in winter is possible from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. – The transfer is organized by the host and is free.
