Relax on the back patio by the waterfall or grill up dinner to eat around the fire table. 3 comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen & coffee bar. A walk in shower.

The College Hill neighborhood is a beautiful part of South Eugene. Its walkable hilled streets are lined with established homes and in close proximity to great shopping & places to eat. Washington Park is close by, as well as city bus access just a few blocks away.

Guests have access to the entire apartment downstairs with private entrance.

In the spacious 1 bedroom; one king bed and one queen bed with premium memory foam toppers, luxury linens and plenty of extra blankets. USB charging lamps at each bed, each with full size dresser. An adjustable privacy screen separate the areas. The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower, an assortment of plush towels provided for each guest. The large living area has a queen sofa bed, electric fireplace & 55” Fire TV. The well equipped kitchen also has a fully stocked coffee & tea bar w/drip machine, Nespresso machine & electric kettle. Ground coffee, Nespresso capsules & teas provided along w/sugars, creamers & honey. The private patio has a full kitchen, fire table, extra seating, pond & waterfall.

1 designated parking spot on the left side of the drivewa, back in only, (on 23rd street side) for BACK IN ONLY or there is ample street parking throughout the neighborhood.

This Airbnb is a private dwelling attached to a main house with residents. Airbnb is around the side with an inclined driveway to walk down to get to the entrance gate and door.
Inside space has limited ceiling height at 6’ 8”.
