This cottage features two bedrooms equipped with queen beds, comfortably sleeping four people.

This was a previously featured "Guest Favorite" and is now under new ownership! Newly remodeled with extensive renovations, transforming the space with stunning innovative designs that blend a modern aesthetic with a colorful, vintage old Florida ambiance.

The living room is tastefully and beautifully furnished with two comfortable rocking chairs and the most comfortable sofa. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and nightstands, each bedroom one charging station for your convenience, along with a beautiful lamp for added comfort. The cottage also features a central cooling/heating system to ensure a pleasant environment and keep you cool or warm during your stay. Additionally, an open style dresser with hangers is provided for storing your belongings.
The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. It features a full-size refrigerator for storing your groceries and beverages, a modern stove with an oven for cooking your meals, and a microwave for quick reheating. We have also provided all necessary cooking utensils, dishes, and coffee-making facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The bathroom is equally impressive, boasting a large vanity mirror for your grooming needs and a spacious walk-in shower for a refreshing experience. Fresh towels and some start up shampoo/soap for your convenience. The cottage is equipped with a washer and dryer and start up detergent pods supplies.

Another prominent feature of this accommodation; It's close to 200ft of semi-private beach. The beach is part of the property and only shared between guests. The neighborhood is very quiet and the beach is a different experience from the crowded public beaches nearby. Although, we are just 10-20 minutes away from Navarre Beach, and Opal beach, 30-40 minutes away from Fort Walton beach and Destin.

This location is very car dependent.
The closest grocery store is just 5 minutes away.
Navarre Beach is around a 10 minute drive without traffic.

Other things to note:
The property is an intracoastal waterway beachfront with direct access to the water. In the property you will find a large section of sandy beach, including sitting areas by the sea wall and deck to relax while catching the views! This cottage doesn't feature a full view of the water from the inside or the back patio.

There are a couple military bases in the town a few miles from this location. Occasionally we can hear military training with ordnance.
